I am gift knitting scrappy socks for my whole family (including my daughter-in-law and my son’s girlfriend) and almost done that, also socks for my Dad and many hats for the homeless shelter in Ottawa, oh and a shawl for my middle daughter! 🥰 I am working on new designs and want to cast on everything! I start gift knitting early in the year since my gift knits are generally socks. My goal is to be done by the end of November so I can spend December working on whatever my heart desires.

Félicitations on one year Sophie! LOVE your podcast and so happy we got to meet ❤️ your podcast episodes always inspire me, I usually pause it a few times to add projects to my Ravelry favourites lol, and boost my knitting mojo. I'm currently knitting mittens using Sunday + mohair in dusty rose and can confirm it's 100% scrumptious. One of my favourite colorways ever! I love the DK socks and will make them once the pattern comes out. It's fascinating to see how a colourway can come out different depending on your gauge, holding it double, etc. My mystery skein socks pooled which looks cool. Happy knitting ❤️🧶

I also have quite a list of gift knits that I would like to get done but we'll see as there are so many other projects calling to me currently. I do have to get a few more pairs of socks done as my 12-year-old son has taken to wearing our hand knitted socks if the few pair he has are dirty now that it's gotten cold here. Loved all the projects you showed! You have to stop adding to my list of “have to makes”. I have had a bunch of Tuffy for many years so now I have to make those socks for my husband. And I was ready to rip out a balls worth of seed stitch to switch my cardigan project to the Wheatsheaves but gauge won’t work. Both of my Ranunculus necks were not as loose as the photos and I don’t know why either but they were okay. Yours is lovely.
Another enjoyable episode. I am glad that you are happy with your refinished sweater. I just finished the ranunculus in 2 strands of Nutiden and am finishing up an unbearable hoodie for my son for Christmas. Happy podiversary!

I really like your podcast, you talk so calm and I like all your projects, I think you have the same "style" in knitting-projects as me.
