That's nice...but next time you're in London, how about finding the hidden gems of the takeaway world. Chippers that have been there forever. Curry places. Get a spice bag, deep fried sausage, some beautiful haddock. I've only been to England once, and the best meal I had was just some haddock with chips and vinegar a block from the Tesco in Black Heath, behind the bus stop. It was in 2008 and I can still remember how wonderful that little shop smelled and how delicious and fresh that fish was. Any tourist can find lobster in a fancy shop. But it takes talent to find moist fresh white fish in a grubby takeaway.
Watching eat that Salmon cake I almost gagged lool. This guy loves everything and that is not the best for food judging IMO. Still love his videos though!!
The reason why soda-type drinks like Coca-Cola and Pepsi are so expensive is that they are subject to 20% tax. This is part of the effort of the UK government to curb obesity rates. There is also a 5% tax on sweets, chocolates, biscuits, crisps (chips) etc for the same reason.
If you’re going to reheat, anything bread or pastry in the microwave, do so with a half glass of water for some reason the bread will not get soggy and be crisp
Well done Mike. Have you attended the Harrods Sale Events around Christmas. I will always treasure the most beautiful iconic Diana Ross at the Harrods Sale in 1992. 2 hours queued.
Ok, Mikey,...... I been watching you for a WHILE! BUT!!!!! I have developed a memory disorder...... It's weird to explain. I still remember you. You're one of the things that I have always looked up to and wanted to try to emulate. As in, I want to try to find the interesting things in my hometown. Have you ever done anything in Sacramento? I can't seem to find anything. I just got my license back, sooooooooo maybe something close?
Harrod's is an absolutely mad place, there is a documentary about two guys who bought a lion there back in '69, it's called Christian the Lion and I highly recommend it to anyone.
Nothing is going to be fresh crispy packaged in regards to the duck 🦆 The bread is typically for Americans of this kind is hard to eat there is no pillowy soft baguette 🥖 in Europe
Weird...when you check the internet for the largest department store in Europe not Harrods comes up, but the KaDeWe in Berlin... but hey Tripadvisor must be wrong

I can tell you're not from London recommending chippers, spice bags and deep dried sausages lol
Love to see fresh content! I've been watching you from the very start! You are my foodie hero 🤩
Next time you are in the UK,try the Sausage Roll from Gregg’s!!!!!!
Watching eat that Salmon cake I almost gagged lool. This guy loves everything and that is not the best for food judging IMO. Still love his videos though!!
Can’t believe your first sausage roll was a harrods sausage roll. Next time just ketchup will be perfect
Awesome ❤❤❤
sausage rolls are so good..Its just minced meat inside pastry. We have them here in New Zealand, goes well with watties tomato sauce!

The title says Harrods because it's about that experience not about somewhere else or anywhere else

should have microwaved the roll Mike, just for a few seconds, would have softened it
😊
“The arugula gives it a refreshing crunch”
Um, arugula is not crunchy, my friend.
How is this a challenge Mikey?
Why didnt you wrap that iberico sammich in foil..and bake it in oven for 12-15 mins at 350°F ?? That would have made it amazing.
He's in a hotelroom. Usually no access to an oven in there.
@Brainspoil oh true...but usually he stays in Airbnb's and I assumed it was one since it had a full fridge/freezer..
Harrod's is an absolutely mad place, there is a documentary about two guys who bought a lion there back in '69, it's called Christian the Lion and I highly recommend it to anyone.
That’s really horrible. WTF? A lion? Think where the lion should be.
Nothing is going to be fresh crispy packaged in regards to the duck 🦆
The bread is typically for Americans
of this kind is hard to eat there is no pillowy soft baguette 🥖 in Europe
Gregs sausage rolls are the best!!! You must try those if your in the uk!!!
Love your videos, Mike! Thanks for the uploads!
London is Expensive.
Greggs sausage roll please please get one amazing for the price comparison to harrods
if you want proper baked goods you need to go to Greggs the baker
It's kind of decadently insulting to call a Harrods sausage roll a hot pocket...very American indeed.
Than they should of told him what it really is
It ain’t that deep. He didn’t call it a hot pocket. He said it looked like one. Two totally different things. Smh.

Mike, you need to visit a Marks and Spencer’s Food Hall….
More recycled content. This is getting exploitative at this point
Watch something else then.
Weird...when you check the internet for the largest department store in Europe not Harrods comes up, but the KaDeWe in Berlin... but hey Tripadvisor must be wrong
So now we have to associate eating with death or viceversa? wtf is the matter with you dude..
I don’t think it’s considered Europe
Of course it’s Europe look at a map and it’s location
