You succeed at making my mouth water. That burger looks fantastic. Cheers,Greg!
Dude, that looked amazing! That sauce hits on a lot of flavors and the pretzel bun was a perfect choice. Cheers, brother! 🍻
Greetings from Germany Greg!
Great shout out bro! You're rockin' it as always = )
Man i love the Wordplay you did there.
And you did a Berlin Currywurst sauce. or something on that line haha.
for non german's "Bürgermeister" is Mayor in german. You pronounce it like "Burger Meister" in one word.
So it's a Masterfull Burger and the Mayor of Flavortown.
Greg, when I lived in Berlin (1989-1990) curry wurst was my favorite street food. Nice to see how you made the sauce. I also think turning a steak into a burger is great. I gotta look up a recipe for the pretzel rolls. What a nice homage to your in-laws!
Greatings from Germany, long time I watch your chanel and it is always great, learned a lot already, thanks!!!
Just got my Ballistic Mojoe Griddle yesterday. Cannot wait to put it through its paces.
Oh man, I love all of those flavors and hot German mustard for the win! Now that burger would go great with beer for sure!
Absolutely ENJOY your videos!!
I just love your burgers! It looks so darn good
Please never stop making burger videos
Der Überburger.
That horseradish cheese sounds fantastic too. Great work brother. Cheers
Never cease to take us over the edge Greg!
Another one to savor, thanks !
Man this burger is definitely different which I like! Great burger!
I needa find that horseradish cheddar. Sounds delish. Great vid as always, Greg! Killer burger.
That's looks amazing!! Great videos!!
These are the recipes I signed up for, that looks like a mean burger mate! 👍🏽
Hi Greg that burger looks absolutely delicious I'm guessing it's has a bit of a savory taste to it great content as always.
Loved the video. That burger looked juicy.
thanks for the international flavor. I look forward to trying this one. Thanks Greg always a good cook.
Wow! This is one of those that I need to make! Thanks for the awesome burger and video!
Wow! That looks so delicious 👍
Hi Greg, thank you very much for this fantastic recipe 👍 all the best from Zürich Switzerland, Ric
you are number 1, your burgers are fantastic, thanks so much
"I don't know if my wife's going to appreciate that" LOL. That had me laughing.
I would never eat Sauerkraut as a kid either. Just because of the name. It sounded like Sour Kraut. I wouldn't eat Sour Cream for the same reason. I didn't want something that had gone sour.
Now I can't get enough of either one.
That burger sure looks good. But I don't know if I can find all the ingredients. I live in the middle of nowhere and things are hard to find around here. But I'll sure give it a try if I can.
My my my ! It's 2:00am in the morning...watching this and now I'm hungry🤔😋
Man that looks good! You know I don’t think I’ve ever had sauerkraut on a burger before? I need to try it ASAP! looks great and good video.
A very nice Burger and it makes me happy and proud, because you dedicated it Germany 😊 many greetings from Bavaria Germany 👍👍👍
Greg, you did an outstanding job on that burger. It looks amazing!! I like the tribute to Oktoberfest, and your in-laws as well. ( Nice touch). I'm picking up some Oktoberfest Leinenkugles beer and bratwurst ( I'm from Wisconsin),and i will making that identical burger. Thankyou.
cool i always loved the stainless steel griddle for your weber.. that was advanced tecnolology back when you introduced it...
That horseradish cheese sounds pretty darn good. The seeded mustard is a winner. That was indeed a killer burger Greg. Cheers!
Great flavourcombo. This i will give a go. Thanks Greg
Looks great Greg. The good thing about authentic sauerkraut on things like this is that it will stop any heartburn you might otherwise get from it. If it's naturally fermented of course. cheers.
Yummy! Perfect timing, I leave next week for Munich for Oktoberfest, then traveling through Bavaria. Prost!!
Another Awesome looking burger Greg! Love the Brat and knockwurst mix!
Thank you Darrin! A little fat in the blend is the ticket with future cooks like this. Cheers man!
Best burger video you have done Greg! The combination of ingredients in that sauce were inspirational, but you have done it once again : 1:30 AM in Australia, and I am off to the kitchen. Bad Greg!
LOL! Sorry! If it makes you feel better, you're going into summer while we're creeping into fall. Cheers Tony!
@@BallisticBBQ .... He he, yeh, back into a fly infested furnace. Talk about a land of extremes! .... although, it is a valid excuse to console one''self with two or three Coopers Best Extra Stouts at days end. I love your videos mate. Thank you!
looks awesome !
Nice one!!! Greetings from Bavaria!
Fantastic Greg.
Love the videos greg!! greetings from germany
Awesome looks fantastic
8am in New Zealand now I want a burger. Fantastic
Greetings from bavaria! I love your videos! 👍
Ballistic BBQ: Saving the world with one burger at a time...
LOL! I'm waiting for California to ban outdoor cooking. Seriously... Cheers Brian!
When they do, just move to Mississippi. We are the last state to do anything, so banning BBQ has to be at least 100 years away in Mississippi 😛
@@SmokedReb I'd say move to Texas but Austin (of all places) tried to ban bbq restaurants a few years ago.
Still I'm selfish...I'd love it if you moved to Texas. lol
What a great job.
Wow. You really need a cook book of all your recipes. The Ballistic Bible.
This channel is amazing!!!!!!!!!!!!!
A very interesting concept. I love it. Very curious how the Kraut pairs with the beef. Yummy
Great tribute burger!
damn that looks amazing!!
Great looking burger Greg
My wife is from Bavaria. Curry Wurst is one of her favorites, so this should be a fun burger to make.
Wait what? Viele liebe Grüße an deine Frau! (A lovely greeting to your wife :P )
And that burger is blowing my mind. Great job.
Always amazed at your attention to detail and how informative you are! Humbly I have one thought that you might like... a light spray of Pam to the ketchup and mustard holder will let them slide out without fuss.
Havent been around in a while, glad I came back. 👍looks awesome nice presentation friend. If the porkfat doesnt hold it together melt the cheese on top that should help.
Wunderbar...
German American friendship forever, Burger looks absolutely bonkers - as usual.
wrote it all down dude will try it looks sesomessss
Prost Greg!
Another great video and I'm hungry again ;)
Yeah - Great one, Greg! 👍🏻😋
Laugenbroetchen are my very favourite Buns for „everything“ ... 😅👍🏻😇
Greetings from Germany - Cheers,
Zip 🔥💪🏻😎🤘🏻🔥
Love this channel, the burger thing is fun for sure, great job! How about that Sierra Nevada Oktoberfest 2019? Wow! In collaboration with Bitburger! I love Deutschland! Thanks!
Sierra Nevada has been great Oktoberfest beer. I actually thought their 2015 edition before their collabs was the best, but at this point I can't remember how that tasted, lol. Nice griddle addition for the kettle btw
Now that is a curry ketchup, and when the sauerkraut came to visit all I thought was 'but of course!'.
A mayor of burgers indeed!
Great job Greg! We need to Crown you as "Burger Master" or "Burger Savage"! Looked so good buddy!🤘
Used my new Ballistic Mojoe Griddle today for the first time. Love it! Made smashburgers. Felt like I was Greg.
Looks delicious! I'm going to try this for sure. Thanks Greg. You could try adding some non-fat milk powder and water to your ground knackwurst/bratwurst as a binder. Adding a small amount of ground pork would also help as it would definitely bind with the non-fat milk powder.
Good call Duncan. I've done that with homemade kielbasa in the past. Cheers!
Looks amazing, how I make burgers has changed since discovering your channel
Amazing
Love your channel burger is awesome! I will try to re-create
Respect!
Very Good hamburger Recipe
Very interesting burger with an authentic curry sauce that is more likely served with fried sausages. I just always wonder why a German interpreted burger needs sauerkraut? I watch all your burger videos and like them very much. German cuisine is simply not just sauerkraut. Quite the opposite! Thanks for the great video and keep up the good work. Greetings from Berlin Germany ✌
I know it's not just sauerkraut. As I mentioned my father-in-law grew up in Germany and my mother-in-law was Swiss. We rarely had sauerkraut, but I felt it was a perfect condiment for a burger. I love that sour/tangy/acidy flavor it has. Thanks for checking it out!
It looks delicious, as always, but I really shouldn't be torturing myself by watching your videos during the evening of my first dietary fasting day of the year!
So now we know your wife's heritage, what's yours Greg? I'm thinking you might be part Italian. Great burger, BTW! Lots of spices/flavors going on there. I like the sauerkraut on top and the pretzel bun. Nice tribute! Awesome!
Very mouth watering sandwich. My granddaddy family Fueling was from Saxony Germany.
ANNA DON'T STOP
Bomb 💣
Nice one! Guten Appetit, Prost und viele Grüße aus Deutschland! 😋 🍻😀
Dude, that sauce has got to be insane! If I try this with bread, i will use the TOPS of a pretzel and brioche bun for maximum insane-age. Maybe I will grind some bacon into the bratwurst? hmmmm
Like I fall in love with the daughter.haha. Bro you are a legend.
U should reach out to Sam the Cooking Guy for a collaboration...both in San Diego and would be a great video
I actually did since we both live in San Diego. Seemed like a no-brainer. He declined however. Guess my channel isn't big enough... Cheers Chris!
Would be cool but I just checked out his channel and he seems like a jerk. I see the love Greg puts into his vids and appreciate his DIY style
@@pusher4814 He used to have a "Sam The Cooking Guy" show on a local TV channel out here years ago. Once he started (his second) UA-cam channel is was just sort of puttering along and then all of a sudden it exploded. Good on him, I wish my channel would go off like that someday, it gets frustrating. I have to say, being that we're both here in SD and he has actually done some work for the company my wife works for, I was a tad disappointed that he just sort of blew me off. Oh well... I'll just keep plug'n along! Happy for the guy though. Huge channel in a very short time.
@@BallisticBBQ Hang in there. For what it's worth.... you're better off without him. He's gone lately just for view counts and seeing how high he can stack. He no longer cooks imo. You on the other hand still provide quality content. Hearing how he blew you off just confirms what I thought of him as a person. Too full of himself.
Octoberfest on September 11?? Classy
If I watch any more ov ur burger ids im going to get fat😁done few ov them can’t wait to try them al 👌
I hit the like button in first second of the vid
Can you do a review on the ballistic mojoe griddle from opening brande new to start cooking on It and honest thoughts about it
2:20 And so the ketchup spot's adventure begun!
That Mojoe Griddle looks good just wish it would come with a back splash on it.
The backsplash will be an available option. I honestly don't think it is needed however. Thanks David!
UA-cam recommended me a video from Michelle Khare and I'm sitting there watching it trying to figure out who this guy is and then I realized it was you! That's some badass driving!
LOL! Thanks for check'n it out. That video is getting A LOT OF VIEWS! Wow! Cheers!
Triple BBB never be sorry about something not quite working out properly with your patties. I have more respect for youtubers who show errors or in you case learn something on the run, and then explain to the audience what we can do to rectify the situation. As always g'day from Australia and I will cook this burger for my German friend and see whether he likes it or not!
Another great looking burger. I’m not sure comparing your wife to sauerkraut is the way to go but I know you meant it as a compliment.
Very classy comments Greg!
Surprised to see you in Michelle Khares video :D. Great video though. Should have worn some Ballistic merch haha
To be honest, I was hoping for a little (just a little) shout-out. We were talking UA-cam stuff. Oh well. Thanks for watching!
The Ballistic MoJoe Griddle should be available in a couple of weeks. www.mojoegriddle.com
