Yea sway works.. but you also need to hit recruits with the right pitch.... I'm in an eight-person online dynasty... And recruiting is not that tough... All of the pitches have their own pros and cons... You could send the house with a soft sell if you have 75 active points and that is also OP

@@robertniebeling7828 yea 8 person... We typically did it in Madden.. but we've been waiting a decade for this.. we're all in our 30s now and have moved all over the country... So online dynasties is a great way to keep our friendship alive even through marriage and children... We all chose mid-majors under 80 overall.. under 2 1/2 Stars

I've never seen 6 greens, the most I've seen is 3. I start by adding about 20 plays to my board and give as many hours as i can until i see those 3 greens. Then I hard sell and sway since it has more hours. When my board gets low or i have a good idea that I'll get my guys, i start adding lower star players '(4 star, rarely 3 star) players to round it the roster. I'm usually top 7 in recruitment doing it this way.

I’ve never had regular success with sway, so it feels like I’m wasting hours that could just go to a more direct method. What’s the trick to actually succeeding with the sway.

not necessarily but it helps if the recruit's ideal pitch doesnt line up with your ideal pitch

@@MRxChiCity it is. You can only hard sell 1 pitch at a time and a soft sell with only 1 interest can get max influence. So sway is pointless most of the time. Number 7 draft class in my 2nd year and number 1 in my 3rd year with Arizona State.
@@prolific1518 also false, you can soft sell 3 pitches for 60 hours or hard sell two pitches for 80 hours IF you’ve successfully swayed. Trust me, Sway is OP, my guy. 💯

Did you even watch the video? Yes, you only need 3, but if those three don't align well with your school it could make a hard sell less effective. Swaying allows you to get the most out of a hard sell and lets you use both a hard and soft sell at the same time, which even further adds influence.
I'd hard sell on a recruit and they'd drag me out all the way from week 1 to early national signing day to decide their top 3 schools and one of those top 3 schools would be like LSU who hadn't even offered them a scholarship until that point to magically swoop in and steal my 5 star recruit. This 100% works.
