  • Let’s talk about today’s 7 auctions and the one thing I do before the auction to get them sold, especially when there is a large gap between vendor expectations and what the market will pay. Very useful in this market.

    Thanks Tom, is there any reason why you don’t discuss the CoreLogic data with the vendor prior to auction so their expectations are realistic and you are both on the same page?

      Because it would be a massive issue for the agent if the Corelogic data is higher than the highest bid.

      Exactly….. the data is used to convince the vendor to accept the offer when it is above average. The vendors must ensure they have the data at hand. Core RP Data…….
