If ya look close you can see the blind flange on the condenser. I had to seal off everything as This chiller was piped in series with the other chiller active. I kept 50 psi of nitrogen to prevent condensation in the refrigerant tubes. Chiller was layed up like that 3 weeks waiting for parts.

So, you meant there is also a evaporator flange, and all auxiliary lines like oil and cooling also sealed while waiting?

That's exactly what happened to this chiller.
MrBerniebling I’ve been working with Carrier for 24+ years and counting. Seen a couple do this. Not too many tho.
