Beautiful home, but I do feel the guys didn't really need to be in it as much or at all. A pool is so needed for this home.
Loved the energy from both of you! It would be helpful if you introduced yourselves at the start, so we can remember who you are. Very helpful to hear descriptions of the finishes etc, would love to hear the makers of the kitchen stove, fridge and dishwasher. Viking/Wolf/Gaggenau/Sub Zero all lend to saying it's luxury.
Also, don't forget to mention the builder. Looks like Toll Brothers, who have done some amazing work. Thank you for the tour!!

When selling multi million dollar homes you might consider investing in a professional spokesperson/video company to give the presentation. This video looks like you just went into it with no prep. That is just my honest assessment. Just a video walk thru with a voice-over narration would make it 100% more attractive. Put some effort into it!
