One thing I can't figure out.. when I make this exact flightplan and load it into FS, FS changes the first waypoint. It keeps the 1st waypoint on the same line as the runway, then from WP1 it connects to WP2. From WP2 it matches the flightplan I made in Navmap.
I made several plans to experiment but FS always messes up the first waypoint somehow :-/
