If the screws are still in the holes, but are stripped, try placing a flat head screwdriver behind the head of the screw while turning the screw for removal. That can sometimes help the screw get started for removal. If not grind the head, push in the screw and replace with a slightly larger diameter screw. If the screws holes are stripped just try a slightly larger diameter screw that has similar course threads. Keep in mind: If the screws are too much bigger you may have to drill out the hole through the mount plate for clearance and then make the frame hole just a bit smaller than the diameter of the new screw. Hi there, I stripped 2 Phillips head screw at the bottom of the fan cage. Please help
