Your wee face when you turned the key 😂 Brilliant. Haven't seen the road trip vid yet, I suspect you will hate that exhaust (been there, would have done the same though)
Hey Jack, What size tyres are on it at the end of the video. Also noticed on this video you say it’s a 2.5 inch lift & next video you state it’s 3 inch. Can you confirm which it is? Really like the height & tyre size of yours but trying to work out specs. Cheers mate
Hey dude! I misspoke a couple of times in the video. It was a 2.5 inch lift from Eurowise. Tyres 265/65/18. Due the change in tyre profile it is approximately 3.5 inches taller than stock. Since the initial build video, I’ve drove 3087 miles and no faults!
@@JackPimblett thanks so much mate!! That's really helped me with my decision & my thoughts on what to do with mine & exactly the specs I had in mind as well!! That's great to hear!! Keep making more Cayenne adventure content, loving it from here in Australia
@@Garage_91 no problem at all dude. I’d recommend joining VAG & Porsche OFF ROAD group on Facebook. Then if you go onto their announcements, it’ll tell you a bunch of handy information on specs for doing your Porsche. I’d recommend a similar build to mine. It’s been nothing short of amazing. What year Cayenne do you have?
@@JackPimblett thanks Jack. Been on the page for a little while now but as with everything internet related sometimes the information can get a bit muddy, so I appreciate you letting me know your setup & I believe that's exactly what I need. In regards to mine I may have spoken to soon, but I hope to secure a 2009 V6 Turbo Diesel 957 tomorrow & then the build will begin 😁
Awesome media bruv!! Finally someone has the same Cayenne as me. I also did a muffler delete on mine & the 4.5 motor sounds brilliant!! I'm gonna keep looking at your channel for ideas!!
@@MikeMcclendon1377 haha no problem, the lift is amazing. Although I do recommend the 2.5inch lift with the 0.5/1inch subframe drop. You can run it without but a bit safer for your prop shafts. They come from Eurowise. Whilst you’re there, get the subframe locator shims, help you position the subframe accurately and cheap.
Spot on Jack! She looks lovely. You are so going to enjoy driving her on your trip. Great content Thanks Tony
Thanks so much Tony! Really glad you like the video, she’s a beast! Touch wood been good so far down to Spain!
Doing a similar build for my 05 cayenne S. I use it for work right now where i work off road a lot.
Helll yeah that’s great. It’s super fun!
Epic ride. Though the sound to Spain... wow I hope you have good noise cancelling headphones.
It was easy! The sound it totally fine on the motorway, no reverberation at all!

Haha!! It’s been bloody brilliant! The exhaust isn’t bad at all!
Came for the Porsche. Stayed for the Porsche lol Well done, man💪🏼
Thank you so much man! Glad you liked it!
Now you need a nice safari wrap to go on it
That would be bad ass!

Wow that is so rare with the spare wheel carrier.
I know! What a beast right?

Thank you so much fella, glad you are hyped on the channel man. The muffler delete is epic, so glad I did it!
Definitely!! For this car it's priceless!! Thanks in advance for the future ideas. I might get it lifted next

Thanks a ton bruv, I'll definitely look into it!!
Nice work! The receding hairline definitely makes the “mechanic” look rub off more authentic.
Aye mate it does! Thought I’d try and compete with yours.
Haha. You’re winning. Must be stressful posting to Instagram for a living 😂.
Aye mate, it’ll be gone by Christmas if not before!
