Joining the "Never played this game but can immediately hear the series/composer" train here. Beautiful performance, and for what it's worth I like the clarity of your tone here, I don't find it too bright or harsh. That said, definitely looking forward to some warmer, moodier tones :)

Even if you're not happy with this recording, it sounds really good to me but you know, not a piano expert so haha.
Mitsuda is still the best. This. Trigger Xenoblades and Gears. All top tier. I feel anything my him will always be welcome and appreciated. Nice work as usual.

OMG you know Kapustin?!! YES that's who I named him after!! I played the first sonata in college, several preludes, and a couple of the concert etudes (the first one and the one with all the thirds?). Those are too challenging for songlist items but....now that I know you'd request Kapustin maybe I'll brush up a couple of the easier preludes :D
