In case you haven't those allow law enforcement officers to stay in their cruiser while scanning license plates. These are used by most western countries.

LOL i watched this live from K's perspective then later watched clips from cops POV of the start of the altercation this is the first I'm seeing what the cops were doing there lol Slacks calling it a mess but yet he's driving on the sidewalks busting up trash haha this was so funny because then the next day executed Den in the same exact spot basically and hit Den with the "Larry's the who one who knocks." K and CG showing the PD stuff isn't sweet on the block that it's CG's home for a reason!
