At least they were creative when choosing s song! Not everybody is a monkey hater. Maybe they were just excited about getting to see these monkeys and wanted to share their experience, nothing at all wrong with that!
So what is it these baby monkeys are supposed to do??? They aren't doing anything especially if you compare it to Cambodia, Vietnam, Central America, South Africa or even Canada and we don't have any monkeys.

@@delite8003 All non-human species populations are declining. Some at a very rapid rate. Long-tailed macaques (the most common species) made the IUCN Red List in March 2022 and are now classified as endangered. Every species on the planet shares the same apex predator ....Humans
@porkkchop The "around 5 y.o." part seems about right. But your idea of what makes a juvenile is very confused. You can't be an adult and a juvenile at the same time, and 5 is certainly an adult! Were you thinking a juvie is a YOUNG adult? That would be somewhat more sensible, but it's still not right. Juvenile begins pretty much once they're weaned. That is, roughly a year old. It ends when they become adults, and that's at, or following, puberty - which is to say, 2 - 4, depending on species and sex. A 3 or 4 year old is a young adult. But it's still an adult! It's only in humans that we recognize this misalignment between physical maturity and adulthood, and I believe this is a relatively recent development. I think that couples were often married in their mid-teens, up until only a few centuries ago. In fact, we keep extending the concept of adolescence. Even in my day, and I'm 60 now, NO ONE was marrying right out of high school. But in my parents' time it was still quite common. Adolescence is now seen to last into one's 20s; for some, it's WELL into their 20s. I've always thought of this as a reflection of the ever-increasing complexity of human society. There is simply SO MUCH that must be learned before we're truly ready to take our place in adult society, and even compared to just a century ago, there's a very noticeable increase. Where I'm still uncertain about this is with respect to emotional maturity. I don't see why this should have changed significantly. But if my generation had been starting families at 18 and 19, barely any of those babies would've survived childhood. And today's crop of adolescents? I'm hearing stories of kids who have just finished college going on job interviews with their parents. I sincerely hope this isn't really true. But even if it isn't, this generation is looking to be even more poorly prepared for adulthood.
