free energy , but not for us :) again... :) from bloom energy

why I do have to pay some energy companies which is not ours anymore, when we have technology ? Can any government spend some of our tax money for this please? :) This video is from 2010 by the way :), and he invented this in 2001.so where is it now? More info at
