    My morning routine is my Bible study followed by exercise on my new recumbent stationary bike listening to VYBO videos starting with Rise & Grind. Then it is breakfast however I may now postpone it till later. I try to drink my coffee 60 minutes after awakening between 5-6AM. I read Wim Hoff's book and know all about benefits of cold.
    I have recently become a student of Dr Huberman and especially his interview with my new hero David Goggins. I purchased red glasses after seeing Rick Rubin interview.
    I had a public relations client who wrote OPPSTime which showed the optimal times to sell, exercise, take medications etc based on his research of Circadian Rhythm.
