My car has the same thing..f150 2016 I thought it was IWE after completely replacing it and still nothing has changed.. after watching your video I changed the belt and pulley. .. and the results are amazing. thank you very much. 👍👍👍

I just got an f150 and having this issue. Is this something that needs to be fixed to avoid a bigger issue? Or is it just kind of annoying to hear? If it won’t cause me any issues I’ll just leave it but if it’s a problem I’d like to try this out
It’s to inexpensive and simple not to do honestly. And eventually it could lead to a bigger issue and higher price point because the pulley will eventually lock up then could cause the belt to break and the components it’s running to stop working hence being stranded on the side of the road.

My 2008 4.2 was doing the same thing......I just told people it was my supercharger.

Could be alternator pulley or even the actuator alternator.
