I totally get what you were saying about Christmas not feeling like Christmas anymore. I think once the concept of finals were introduced into my life, the joy of Christmas dissappeared because more than half of December was dedicated to studying and taking a bunch of tests instead of spending time with family T.T Wishing you and everyone in this comment section a Merry Christmas and a wonderful rest of your break!! ❤

We dont have finals in my school but i had to do my thesis defense before the break. I had to stay up till 4am to print copies of our work (its 33 pages, 4 separate copies) at one point:((
same and i started to feel this feeling since like highschool :(
That ending bit really tugged at my heart! I've never really felt a Christmas cheery mood since my family doesn't celebrate it, but I still really enjoy the warmth that comes with the season. It's nice to be able to gift back to people you care about!
my grandma taught me how to crochet after we watched your crochet video☺️. And it was one of the most beautiful memories of last December. This is from someone who finished uni in the summer - honestly when you get intergrated back into the real world after getting out the student bubble I found I was way more festive this year? It’s such a weird juxtaposition living in a uni town and being so heavily surrounded by your peers, when you take a step back from that you do fall back into it ❤❤
