- "Young Vijay lives in an orphanage after being separated from his widowed mother, Laxmi. Years later, Vijay has grown up and a wealthy man, Kailashnath Gupta, identifies him as his long lost son and takes him home. Once there, Vijay decides to find employment as a police constable much to Kailashnath's displeasure. Amongst Vijay's first assignment is to locate a beautiful young woman, Kavita's missing father. He falls head over heels in love with the girl. Vijay sets about to accomplish this task little knowing that a male named Satish has convinced Kailashnath that Vijay is not who he claims to be, and that Satish is Kailashnath's biological son.

This move is very nice the acting of the dharmendra is amazing, we love to watch such movie a lot i have watched this film three times and interestingly, i can't get enough of this move, dharmendra sir has been one of the best actor of Indian cinema, if i have seen anyone's more movies he is none other than dharmendra sir the way he would act at his time no one could match, sir has given many movies to his audience to watch and have fun that's all ?

धर्मेन्द्र साहब जैसा व्यक्तित्व करोड़ों लोगों में से किसी एक को मिलना सौभाग्य की बात है। फिल्म की कहानी तो ठीक है लेकिन पटकथा लेखन में कई जगह खामियां हैं। मगर गीत संगीत बहुत ही शानदार जानदार है।
धर्मेन्द्र और महमूद दोनों ही ऐसे कलाकार हैं जिनकी आपस में इतनी जबरदस्त अंडरस्टैंडिंग थी जो और किसी जोड़ी की नहीं बन पाई। वैसे भी दोनों आपस में बहुत ही गहरा प्यार करते रहे हैं।

Deki phool patthar bandni aai milan ki bela etc etc.....unke samne sare heroes fail lage Mard hero wth good person in bollywood,sad bollwood ne unko honour nhi kiya so i hate selectors.
