For this project, here’s what I picked up from the #DollarTree:
- (1) Round Mirror
- (6) bags of clear acrylic gems
- (2) packs of craft sticks
- (3) sets of beads
- Hot Glue

How long did it take to finish??
I spent a fortune on mirrored furniture and Collin Cowie starburst mirror, lamps, silk shades, upgraded fixtures for our spa bath just to have a stinking vaporizer melt to its core and explode.....causing a major fire. I am not spending all that money when I can create, imitate, and fix things. Thank you for your VID....saving me $$$.

Denise, I've watched alot of your videos and I have to tell you that I think you're the best. You are so organized, you know what you're going to do ahead of time, and you have all supplies ready. There's no running to get something you forgot, dogs barking or cats walking over your project, and no loud obnoxious music. Your explanations are wonderful too. Keep up the good work!

I've done things like this and I purchased hot glue sticks that were silver with glitter in the glue sticks. it makes the clear crystals on top of them POP. Great Idea on the extra craft sticks to stabilize the whole thing.
Girl...you are my New Favorite Designer to watch on UA-cam! Your designs are beautiful and simplified to where even the novice DIYer can feel confident in making. I am especially interested in this beautiful mirror. My question is if you have any ideas for someone making centerpieces for a Wedding Table. We have 3 Weddings to prepare for and am looking to make roughly 40 centerpieces to hold candles and or flowers. 1 is a Bohemian theme, 1 is a Vineyard theme and finally a Glam theme. Any ideas would be appreciated... I would love to see you do a video on what you would do. Thanks for sharing your talents!

Girl its 4:45 in the a.m. and I'm ready to go to Dollar Tree and get everything to make this mirror!!! Lol. I have a square mirror in the kitchen that's just plain, I want to do something with it. I have a real tall mirror that I put faux fur all around it and it is gorgeous in my bedroom.
Your work is beautiful, but it is very difficult find the mirrors. I have gone to three stores and have also called Dollar Tree customer order support center it is back ordered they do not know when the mirrors will come in. I will call every other day, maybe one day they will have them in

I LOVE this idea! I actually found this as I was moving into a brand new place on my own for the first time, and wanted to make myself a mirror for a vanity. My bedroom has a bohemian/Indian decoration style, so I used slightly different materials and colors for mine. All my friends who came over to see the new place LOVED it! Yes, this fits into any Decor if it's the right color really, and it really doesn't have to be the right color! My house is straight Victorian and I think I would love to make this in a burnished gold! I have painted mirrors gold and then Gold Leaf them and afterwards put a layer of antique over them. It does the shiny gold and brings out the differences in the Gold Leaf. I'm thinking this could all be done after I assemble the mirror in any color. I love the Bohemian / Indian design you are speaking of! This certainly doesn't look like a Dollar Tree mirror does it? As a matter of fact I wouldn't mind getting one a little bit larger and doing it as a living room centerpiece! It's not that expensive to get a mirror cut at least it didn't used to be LOL and I have a lot of old Square mirrors. Some from back in the early '80s just sitting there riding away. Of course the minute I haven't cut they'll be back in style LOL who cares this will be fun right?
