I would stick with a butter that doesn't have glitter, although if you are looking to jazz things up, but it would that some addition shampooing to get the glitter out ☺️

Depending on the grade u can eat mica i use food grade

It's not necessary since there is no water in this body butter, but you can it wont hurt.
