Most likely meron ding technical descriptions and drawings na available. Kung may old recordings kaya din cguro i-deduce yung actual frequency/notes by using simple free software such as Audacity. Figuring out the original scale will be crucial in re-creating the instrument if authenticity is the goal.
I have this kind of instrument displayed in my house from a palawano friend of mine... the box type one sa dulo..they have patterns on playing it, joey ayala style of playing it is kinda progressive and totally different from what tribal people of the south plays while in thier traditional dress and dancing.....
