MKW GIANT Collator Customer Acceptance Testing of Large Format Collating Machine

The latest MKW Giant collator machine sold by PPS. We attended the MKW factory in Germany along with our customer for acceptance testing of this 42” x 27” large format sheet collator. Our customer will take centre aligned pallets of printed cartons direct from their printing press and load them into the collating machine. After collation the centre aligned collated sheets will be taken to a Bobst die cutter.
This high speed carton board packaging collator can run at speeds upto 2300 cycles per hour. 4 station can feed approximately 68,000 sheets over an 8 hour shift with a single operator
