  • Every time we open an injection mould we’re excited to see how the different shreds of recycle plastic have marbled together into a unique swirly pattern. Even though these beads are very small, they still show the awesome patterns that showcase how beautiful recycled plastic can be.

    As a beader I would buy the beads still on the mold thingy 😁 that would save the company a lot of time and money. Then I could ship the leftover plastic back for recycling!!

    I absolutely love what you guys do. So many kudos to you & your crews for making a difference. I wish it could go bigger. I wonder how the word can be spread about how easy these things are to do... Because this big rock is just getting hotter & hotter, & we need to seriously reconsider the ways we have been living here.

    A long blade and a hammer would probably allow you to cleanly cut all the beads off at once. And if there was any stem left over then these parts would be absolutely perfect for rotary tumbling.

    • @charmio
      @charmio 10 місяців тому

      @@canigetahoooyyyaaaaa7319 The same tumbling drum and abrasives can be used for thousands of parts and once they're worn out all of the waste is contained within that same drum. You can then dispose of it safely however you wish.
      You're going to have a real difficult time manufacturing things if you want to ban the use of all abrasives...
