I got the Miami Vice vibe also! I opted for the re-issue Condor OG! Much easier to order!!! I swapped out his gear for the Delta accessory pack. And he looks awesome, as I knew he would! Just didn't want to deal with cutting out Points and all that...Reminded me of when I was younger and a lot more excitable!!! Thanks for the review, Until the next Mission!!! Peace!!!
Now that you mention the overall cost and hassle (legalese, extra instructions, not being able to logon to the website for a day or two), this mail-away figure was not worth the money spent and hassle. But, like you, I too am a sucker for this type of thing. Thanks for the review!
I don't mind the amount of Action Points needed (it was a lot less than I thought it would be). I see mailaways as figures intended for the BIG fans that collect almost everything. Not saying mailaways shouldn't be for new fans, but that's just how it functions. I will say though I am glad I got mine at Joefest because those instructions were a nightmare to read.
I sent my points in, hoping I didn't screw anything up. The few issues I have are; I wish the glasses were removeable leaving just a bit of a gap between the shirt and chest, wearable sunglasses were included, and they would get rid of that stupid hole in the back of the shirt/jacket piece. It just doesn't look right with a backpack on without a rig or any straps and the jacket or shirt looks bad with the hole in the back. Overall, it's still a fun looking figure.
glad i saw your vid, gonna wait on the next mail in fig, go in for the Classified Chuckles instead, plus i just snapped the neck peg on a female trooper so im gonna take a break from Valaverse for a min.
How did you guys find him? I checked the website every day and can't find it. I know the rules about the action points etc, I just can't find it in any category. Any advice?
@@lesliepark728it was an email that was sent out with the instructions, I sent in the 40 points to get 2 of these bad boys and they shipped to me very fast
The number of points seems steep and I'm pissed because I just moved and lost my points. Fucking blows because this is kinda rad. But also having to still pay like 15 bucks plus shipping and then send in the 20 points. Just seems weird. Why can't we just mail out shipping info with the points and shipping in a cashiers check or money order or something? Regardless this figures looks rad and I'm bummed I've missed out
There aren't really any others in the line, I wouldn't have minded a different head with different paint, kind of make up a random character like a blonde blowback head or something
The figure looks great but the confusing rollout and ridiculous hoops people had to jump through to redeem their points totally turned me off to this promotion.
@@beesbattlegrounds It just seems like everytime Valaverse tries to do something new, there are entirely foreseeable bottlenecks that they don't bother to even try to foresee. The ongoing website issues at this point are inexcusable, for example. And as I said, the elaborate instructions and needed steps to get this figure totally made me lose interest in getting it. Glad you got yours and it looks fantastic, but I'm not getting one.
A lot of work for so little. Not impressed or satisfied. Surprising that valaverse couldn't have thought of a better way to trade the points in. I agree 20 points, $320 worth, for this is not a fair trade. You say logistic nightmare, I say he brought upon himself. Piss poor execution always gets piss poor results. Thank you for the review.
I had 135 points. It's insane to me that one could accumulate that many and not have a reward tier to redeem them in some way. So I just sold and traded them all off, since I also don't have a printer and therefore was ineligible to play this ridiculous game.
Man. Mine got here stupid fast. And as this is my first condor among my action force I am loving this guy.

Pain in the rear end, is it worth it, maybe not, but it’s nice to have!! Awesome review, love the line!!!
Great review. I ordered him, just procrastinating to go to the post office to mail it in. I plan to use him with the Fortnite boat.
Thats a great idea
Sending my Action Force points today
Great looking figure
Agreed. The rules seemed confusing but it was very easy. The figure is pretty cool.
I was a sucker and sent in 40 points for two of these guys, gotta have one to display and one to keep MIB, they also shipped extremely fast.

A cool review of a cool figure!
I was never even able to get on the site for the sds reissues. It was a nightmare! I tried. I’m happy with the original releases.
Well Big bad toy store is going to have those reissue figures available.
They should be going back up soon

Hopefully we get more covert ops characters. Not sure why the glasses can't be removed to put on his face
Haven’t got mine yet but it shipped I only got one so I’ll save my other points for something else we will see what’s next
I only have 14 I threw some away hopefully I’ll get 6 soon with new stuff
Why haven't we ever got some really detailed figs of Miami vice 1 12 scale? Any good company I wish would do it. Damn.
I would have loved to have gotten him but I've only purchased 2 valaverse figures and I bunch of weapons, so I don't have enough points.
They might end up doing other ways to get him, who knows
@@beesbattlegrounds fingers crossed that they might do that 🤞

Thats always no good! Have you tried to reach out to their customer service?
How can I get points?
They come with the figures and gear

He'll probably go back up when they have the ValaCon stuff go up
@beesbattlegrounds what category was it under?
Series 1, 2, 3, special deployment, or is there something else that I need to click on to see it?

Do ML heads fit
Some do, just depends on the neck peg hole size

Nice review, thank you. too bad this comes in a boring shipper box and NO POINTS FOR FUTURE MAIL AWAYS!!!!!
Cool looking figure but seems kinda lazy, could have used a different jacket piece but that is just my opinion.

@@beesbattlegrounds good point. Still a pretty nice figure. Wish I had the points lol maybe next time.

I wouldn't say ridiculous, but definitely steep

Chuckles knockoff.
I guess you've never watched 2006's Casino Royale.
