I like your way to explain this 🤺thank you and thank my self to watching you
I don't know why but you remind me so much of Sheldon!!
Thank you for the video, its really informational
😂😂😂
Love this type of practical videos!!!
I am glad you enjoyed it!
i am learning this book, but I still find it very complex to understand. I'm working hard to understand. and I need to understand to get rid of some beliefs I've had since I was a child
Great video Nick!
Thanks buddy!
I love your encouragement.
Thanks BR! Always appreciate the support.
Hi, what about a video about additional recommendations when disputing beliefs? how many days or exercises is okay to keep the same questions and answers, like, the same script before change everything? those kind of things, not in a detail, just the usual recommendation for those things, thank you very much for your great content, very helpful
Hey! I have that video coming out in the next few days :-) That's a much needed video as I am asked this a lot, be on the look out
@@aguywhohikes1271looking forward to it
I just wanted to kindly ask for this video 😂 someone reading my mind ❤️
Practicing acceptance basically turns us into mind reading warlocks ... lmao
so what is the final thought that needs to be broken down?
You forgot one thats very common. Bigorexia. The more muscle I have, the more entitled I am to more attractive girls.
The perfect girl. Which doesn't exist. But rocd loves questioning me if I could do better because I can keep getting more muscular.
Thanks for the videos. This is also a spirit. Spirit of Rejection is real.
Ask Jesus for deliverance and attend therapy.:-)
I know this is irrelevant but sometimes when I barely shift my attention to something else I get a jolt of fear and my attention is right back to my breathing sensation. Idk why it does that
Hey Lil! I would imagine because the fear of noticing your breathing sensation is still quite high. This happened to me a lot.
