I thought I knew how they we getting the shot in the first minute or so, I thought the car could have been on a platform or something. Then it got crazy with like 4 different shots at once while the camera movement was still seemless. Maybe they used a 360 degree camera from inside the car to shoot the exterior and then filmed the interior inside a greenscreen room afterwards? Maybe I'm just overthinking it lol.

My guess is that it is indeed a 360 cam inside the car, that rotates virtually and a real rotating car on a platform. At 2:17 there is an invisible cut, seat and the cars b-pillar serve as a wipe.
