I do not believe he intended to represent a Christ like figure but only a man of peace rather than war. He has always called for peace among nations. If you had the chance to see any of his interviews you would hear him repeatedly talk about being placed on earth to be human first, not a star etc, just human to love everyone. Glad you did the video. Sad that so many of his videos get blocked.

Dimash in the end is the boy child born, grown up.
If you watch again, you'll notice all religions, stations, races...are together walking toward life.
It's nothing to do with dimash as christlike.

Thank you for your thoughtful reaction, Dears! My response focuses on our heartbroken, frustrated & downright angry young 👼 from 🇰🇿 urgent 🆘 message contained within, not the phenomenal vocals he ordinarily is lauded for as this is what Dimash has instructed us to do, as well as, to promote it by sharing it far & wide. DQ says no one will not be allowed to react and/or share this one!
My understanding is that there will be no blocking by him or his team! If you are blocked please let one of the Dears clubs know and/or visit the about section of his official channel where there are a couple of emails that I believe you can let them know you've been blocked whilst trying to spread this message & want to continue to share it. DQ wants it shared and wants a global dialogue to ensue on how to establish & keep a "World Without War!"
There's a lot to unpack & dependent upon a person's frame of reference, their interpretation of the video & DQ's message will undoubtedly be colored by their own preconceptions & life experiences, etc. My interpretation of his message thus far is as follows:
DQ's phenomenal 9-23-22 Almaty live performance of this composition and this MV are prophetic masterpieces of transcendental pro-planet/antiwar art activism & downright spiritual experiences wherein Dimash issues a sincere, passionate yet, heartbreaking call to action to "learn to love" one another again as we were taught as children & to stop --- all conflicts, all aggression, all wars --- for the real fight before us requires us to unite globally & engage in the fight to save our Mother Earth, "the sacred womb" from which all life sprung!
Let us shun our "failing [self-serving Pied] Piper leaders" whose lunacy continues to lead us all to our mutual ruin & destruction by ignoring our species' fate as the "tightening noose" of climate change, hunger, poverty perpetually worsens whilst our "crazy leaders" instead waste precious time, limited resources & countless lives by choosing to "lead us to the slaughter" of these senseless, endless wars!
    Billions of lives STOLEN
    Billions of cells UNBORN
    Billions of souls FALLEN
    Billions of dreams UNREALIZED
The verse that states we must "learn to share again the love, not shares" believe means we must re-learn how to share our love in real time, person-to-person via one-on-one human connection in meaningful ways thru in-person acts of kindness such as compassionately, caring for the actual basic human needs of others or those that are emotional or physical in nature; all of which builds strong friendships, communities, nations and even friendships between nations unlike the superficial virtual "shares" that may be important only to one person's social media status & very well imaginary.
DQ asks us to "learn to live again" as "we have passed the moment of "Imagine" (which is clearly a reference to Lennon's iconic song written of the utopia he dreamed of) & the "world as the feast" I believe means we as a species have caused so much irreparable damage to the planet resulting in droughts & famine & that we are long passed former times of plenty & now must work very hard together to overcome our limited, finite resources or "Do we have to starve?" I feel as if DQ is asking us "what's it going to take" for us to "WAKE UP?" Children are (and have long been) dying of famine NOW.
Further, DQ proclaims THIS is OUR LAST CHANCE, and that we must immediately act as there's "not a moment to lose" before either the Earth implodes or some crazed "Pied Piper" releases nuclear Armageddon upon the world!
    #TimesUp #ItsTimeToSaveTheEarth
All I can say for certain is DQ's awesome composition and MV performance of this incredible composition of his has created the global dialogue seeking to understand it, each other and ourselves and has done more to promote a culture of tolerance he speaks of in his message at the end of the video than any other artistry I've witnessed in my 64 years of walking the planet! 🌏💚 He's successfully started the convo and it is up to us to keep it going by spreading this video & respectfully engaging with any & all so that we might unite in our common desire for peace under our shared one sky, Dears!
You must watch this MV with an open mind & heart coming from a mindset of love & solidarity. I don't share the majority's view that Dimash survives nor is that his grownup baby born as he died at the end of the video. The video progression follows the song in build and climax. At one point we see a Christ-like looking character who seems to be in communion with the Almighty & surrenders his life, collapsing just as the young woman who became DQ's character's wife (the mother of his young murdered daughter and soon-to-be newborn son) actually giving birth whilst a group of praying persons attend the birth of a child they suspect is fated to become the prophet who will lead them out of their hells-on-earth; both those personal ones of their own making as well as the current one of a singular man's war of choice that has brought them to their shared suffering under the same sky.
It makes one wonder if the collapsed man who'd been traveling on the parallel spiritual plane with all the other persons of all the world religions had been directed to be reborn as the child the believers awaited?
The child's mother passed during childbirth just as DQ has been killed by the dictator's troops, and she and DQ are reunited in the afterlife on the beautiful beach where they'd shared their happiest moments as children yet, leaving their newborn son only the gnomon amulet necklace to direct his steps.
At the end we see a character who resembles DQ has joined the group of religious figures in their ascension to the One God humans have prayed & created religions to worship since the beginning of Creation which is all of our fate in the end. Is it DQ's character, his son IRL or the afterlife or the newborn who's been endowed with the spirit of a prophet that the Almighty directed to live again & guide the enlightened masses? I'm not quite sure & think it's all open to various interpretations but what we do is being said that war is evil & obscene.
I hear the Prayerful voices within the One Voice of DQ...Muslim, Buddhist, Jewish, Christian entwined into this Prayer to the One God from whom DQs virtuosity serves like a conduit for the pure light of Heaven above us in the One Sky we all share & know humanity
    must awaken spiritually.
We must raise our collective human consciousness, unite, be as ONE --- live and let live --- & understand our shared fate under our shared sky. "Can we balance on the edge of a fiery grave" with all these competing self-interests & is it even possible to save our future on this planet? To avert our own extinction & achieve that utopian peace we all desperately need to survive as a species so that we might enjoy peaceful, prosperous lifetimes for ourselves & future generations, DQ begs us to #ChooseLife UNITE!
Dimash is a empathetic, lyrical genius whose virtuosity serves as a conduit for the pure & wondrous light of Heaven as well as the pain & suffering of our human Hells-on-Earth (many of our own making); he is the most excellent ambassador for a peaceful planet & our survival we could ever envision in his childlike altruistic nature & unconditional love. #WeAreChoosingLife ☸✡☪✝🕉☯☮ #SaveTheEarth 🌏🌍🌎#SaveAllChildren

Love is the answer to live a better and fair life for everybody. What a pain to see us, as humanity, reflected in this MV. 🥹🥲🌹💔🎤🔝Dimash vocals are indescribable beautiful !!!!

He has said it's the most expensive music video ever made which is true of recent videos, but Michael & Janet Jackson did "SCREAM" in 1995 that was then $7,000,000 so in today's value it would be $12,448,351 which is still the most expensive. Dimash is 2nd though with over $7,000,000.
Just think though, he's only 28 and writing and producing his music, writing, directing, acting in his videos. All of these various things are floating in his mind. We have at least 80 more years of him to go, and see what he comes up with next.

Dimash isn't painting himself as a Christ-like figure. He's showing that we all come together as one and in peace during our after-life, and the choices we make today will have a significant impact on the direction of humanity. This was a master class in messaging and performance. BRAVO!! 👏🏻

I agree. I see the Dimash in the end as the next generation choosing a different path than the ones before them. They are choosing life, walking towards the light together peacefully, despite their different religions. Let's learn from the past and choose a better way moving forward.

As a Christian, I don't believe that everyone's afterlife will be the same, so I see the ending more as Dimash himself saying, "I am choosing life. Will you join me?" Or as Dimash playing the part of his own son who goes on to lead those who are choosing life. I do agree that our individual choices and how we live with those around us will make a huge difference in the way our world goes in the years ahead! This was indeed an amazing video! Dimash loves to make us think!

The lyrics talk about the decision to stop following bad leaders (pipers). So in the end men from all religions and nations walked together in peace instead of becoming soldiers. They were led by Dimash jr. (The son of Dimash the soldier.) A peaceful leader. ❤

You don’t quite have the story right.
It’s the story of three childhood friends who are all joined by the symbol of the necklace. Dimash as a child (the tallest boy) saves the boy, who eventually became the Dictator. Dimash married the girl from his childhood, they have a daughter who was killed in the war. Dimash kills his childhood friend, (the dictator) who he saved from drowning when they were children. The Dictator’s soldier’s kill Dimash. Dimash’s wife gives birth to their son, his father’s necklace is passed down to him. It’s Dimash’s son at the end leading all people and all religions to peace (Throughout the video when Dimash is singing in a Middle Eastern style, that’s flash forward to the future, where the people of all religions are being led in peace, by Dimash’s son.)

I interpreted it as Dimash was on the "other side" with the spiritual leaders of all faiths on Earth as they walked toward God's light. This video, to me, was a prayer for peace.

  • @lovesyoutube8591
    @lovesyoutube8591 Рік тому +4

Loved your guys` focus during this video :) Here`s some help with the interpretation : The quote at the end of the video is from the “Document on Human Fraternity for World Peace and Living Together” signed jointly on February 4, 2019, by Pope Francis and the Grand Imam of Al-Azhar, Ahmad el-Tayeb. Dimash met and spoke with both at the September meeting, at the seventh Congress of Leaders of World and Traditional Religions in Nur-Sultan (Astana), Kazakhstan. (Dimash also performed this song during the artistic program of the congress). Dimash composed the music and wrote the script for this video during the last 3 years. There are several symbols that he put in the video (I am sorry for the extremely long comment, but here they are) :
    - the pendant - it`s the needle, gnomon, of a maritime compass - a symbol of the moral compass. Dimash the child puts on his first (symbolically, you take care of your own moral compass, before you interact with others). Then he gifts one to each of his friends. The second boy never accepts the pendant ; Then the camera focuses on his hand, showing us that he has bent it in his fist in anger that the girl didn`t choose him - bent, the blade is unable to point at True North anymore, a symbol of him losing his moral compass. Throughout his life, he never puts it around his neck, he always keeps it in his fist, bent, as a reminder of times when he has been "wronged", holding on to resent, accumulating resent, which will alter his judgement.
As an adult, he becomes the Antagonist, the General, with a twisted idea of a "saving war" : “Only war will lead us to peace [...] We will lead all who are ready to begin this new life. Anyone who resists has no place with us. I choose freedom. The world is open before me, and I want to give it to you. War is the way to unite people.” (dimashnews)
The shape of the pendant, twisted (and missing the hole for the light) also appears on the uniforms of his soldiers.
    - Dimash and the girl, adults, are husband and wife, they have a daughter, and the wife is pregnant with their second child. Dimash`s character, the Protagonist, also speaks of unity, of peace, but through the lens of kindness and love. While fighting, he is confused, he is in shock, but he has to save his family - his pregnant wife and his daughter.
    - "we have passed the moment of *Imagine* " - reference to John Lennon`s song "Imagine" - Dimash makes the point that we are past the moment when we could afford passively "imagining" a world of peace, with no divisions, "the night is falling, fate is tightening the noose", our wrong decisions are catching up to us - and we have to actively change our way of doing things, starting with ourselves, and not passively "imagining a better world", while continuing to do the same wrong things.
    - the burning sign *Waldenberg* - is a reference to the end of World War II when the US Army destroyed the last resistance of the German Wehrmacht to end the war in 1945. The city Waldenburg was completely destroyed. Many of the people killed in the bombed buildings were women and children. Evil was defeated, but at a very high price
    - the pilgrim falling (pilgrims who symbolize the spiritual journey of humanity) : at the moment when Dimash finds his daughter killed - the moment of danger of losing faith along the path, due to pain
    - "Adam kerwen ömir jol" - the phrase in growl register, while Dimash kneels and hugs his daughter that was killed : "Life of Man is long and dangerous journey, one must be careful" (with the choices he makes) - I believe the meaning of this kazakh proverb, and it`s placement in the video, highlight once again the importance of choices and their consequences - marking the most difficult moment of the video : the discovery of the innocent child that was killed = the darkest misery of war, everybody lost, including the resistance against the dictator, that was doing the right thing, but way too late, at the point when everybody loses. (at the point of self defense, when non-aggressors have to choose aggression themselves, and nobody comes out of it unscathed) Leaving no room for "glory for the good guys", like other movies do. Death of a child speaks loud and clear that no one is the winner in something that lead to the death of a child. A second meaning of the placement of the phrase, and a harder one : on the verge of his heart stirring with the most grueling pain, the phrase almost sounds like the voice of God Himself, warning him about the decision of revenge that his heart is about to make.
    - *the shofar* - the horn that is blown by one of the pilgrims - The blowing of the shofar signals God's mercy for humanity when it passes from evil to good: in the Zohar, the book of Jewish mysticism, it says: “When human beings repent of their sins, they blow the shofar on earth. Its sound ascends On High and awakens the heavenly shofar, and thus mercy is awakened and judgment is removed (youtube user : Heiderose Kober)
In the face of the consequences of their wrong choices (after the darkest moment of discovering the little girl killed) people repent, the pilgrim in the symbolical parallel blows the shofar, and God`s mercy pours over humanity, and assists the woman giving birth, giving Man yet another chance at new life, and better choices.
    - the storm - the old way of "an eye for an eye" and it`s toll on the human soul is reflected by the storm that threatens to scatter the pilgrims and slows down their ascent, with the strong wind blowing in their face, and with the fog that clouds their vision - at the moment when Dimash kills the General in revenge for his daughter.
    - the child born receives the pendant (compass) around his neck after the moment of revenge, after Dimash`s conscience, in one final scream, "chooses life", renouncing the old ways.
    - Dimash's "son" played by Dimash : can represent both Dimash`s son, a new generation, a new chance to choose the right path, and also Man, after "choosing life", after breaking the cycle, after being bathed, or "baptized", in the primordial water of Mercy - expressed visually by the shirt, that looks like it was soaked in water at some point - the faint stain of blood shows that, and also represents the faint mark of the past, when all the choices, of the "bad" people, and of the "good" people, the aggression, and the self-defense against aggression, it all lead to everyone getting hurt. The character walking in front at the end is a symbol of the one who has accumulated scars of the questionable choices, but has ultimately "chosen life", which can strengthen the resolve to stay on the path for the others less experienced. And he can also be a symbol of a next generation that has learned from the scars of the past.
Dimash is not representing a Christ-like figure - he is representing a man with scars, but that has ultimately "chosen life", or ultimately decided life is most precious, even after falling prey to revenge, and with his last breath (Also, Dimash is muslim, so here he is just presenting himself as another pilgrim on the path of all faiths walking together in peace towards the same goal)
The path proposed is with the pilgrims of all faiths, on the hard road uphill - Love is hard, forgiving is hard, asking for forgiveness is hard, acceptance of the other is hard, refusing the path of retribution is hard (but choosing retribution troubles the road even more - as it is shown by the storm)
The road is steep, but the soothing breeze of God`s Grace accompanies them. And the light is gentle, not a magical compelling beam - the light is soft, a gentle sunset light - reminded me of "God walking in the garden (of Eden) at the time of the evening breeze". (Genesis)
After the horror and the pain, that last scene and the resolving chords make that feeling of a gentle breeze (and God`s Grace) so palpable, it`s extraordinary.
For a moment, it reminds palpably to humanity the alternative that is "following the Light". At least it reminded me, of Christ`s words : "Take my yoke upon you, and learn from me; for I am gentle and lowly in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light."
The official statement about this piece (dimashnews) : " *This clip is not about war, it’s about peace. War here is a means of expressing the contrast of what happens when we lose love for one another. It is about the call to unite, to stop dividing each other along national, social, religious lines in order to preserve life, love, friendship, and the land for our children* "
Also, in the description box of the video : " *No sacred book calls for the destruction of people. We must learn to be friends; it is impossible for a few adults to cause millions of children to suffer. The future of our planet, the future of people is in our hands, let there be peace in the world. We are children of one Home, one Earth and one Heaven* "
Just as Dimash was describing his thoughts behind his song "War and Peace" : "we are responsible of the wellbeing of the ones around us ; if we speak to and treat the ones around us with kindness, with respect, if we all try to do that, there could be no war in the world"
It all rests upon how we respond to what happens in our life. The choice to resent, to blame, to deny forgiveness always leads to bigger and bigger pain and harm, sooner, or later, in our generation, or the next. And we can always fall prey to the Pipers rising among us, leading us astray by promising some sort of redress for out grievances, or we can even become our own "crazy Piper"

I am so glad that you both were able to see this, Dimash instructed that this wasn’t to be blocked, but I don’t think he block’s any of them. The ending is up to interpretation, is it Dimash in the afterlife with people from all religions walking toward the light, or is it the baby following in his fathers footsteps in a walk of peace. He definitely has said that he does not mean to come off a a savior at all, he is just walking with the group, just joining. So much symbolism, the three friends all with necklaces, Dimash’s character is with the girl from the childhood, that was their daughter who was killed and his son who was born. The commander was the third friend, who lead an attack on the town that Dimash and his family lived in, so the boy who saved his friend from drowning later lead an army of destruction. Extremely powerful, this is a 3 year project, it’s referencing WWII, but the overall message is We’re Choosing Life, we need peace. The fan cam of the first performance of this song for the public is incredible, the Vietnamese Dimash Fan Club released the best video out so far, the concert will be out “soon”, but we don’t know when soon is. Thank you both, yes multiple views help with catching all of the details ❤

Hello guys! Thank you for your sincere reaction! Have you noticed that Dimash is the main solder right from the very beginning of the war scene, when he was shot in the arm, many people miss that? When I first watched this MV, it broke me, I became very emotional, it was heart wrenching, to say the least!😢
Dimash has worked very hard for 3 years composing the music for this song, and around 20 days to make this MV. It turned out to be his most valuable MV, in the ideological sense, ever made, a real Masterpiece! I believe that Dimash deserves THE NOBEL PEACE PRIZE for his selfless hard work and tireless efforts, not only for this MV, but for trying to bring the world together in love, peace and harmony, through his music, MVs and many charities he dedicates his time to. He is a Legend and will go down in History.
The mini movie is full of symbolisms, it's the story of 3 youths, and the necklace which was made by the young Dimash and shared with his friends symbolizing lifelong friendship and unity. The Piper grew up and started a war, using the symbol of the necklace as the crest on his army uniform.
This is my breakdown of the story, as I see it:
    1) Dimash, who was drowning at the beginning and at the end.
    2) The Piper, the one who saved Dimash, and who became the leader, and who was killed by Dimash at the end.
    3) The young girl, who died in childbirth, became Dimash’s future wife, had two children together; a daughter who was killed by the Piper's army; and the birth of a son at the end, who inherited the necklace from his mother…, they were all torn by the war.
For the symbolic aspects, Dimash is showing the different cultures and religions (Christianity, Judaism, Islam, Buddhism, Hindi, etc.), through throat singing, which is called the REQUIEM (mass for the souls of the dead), from different religions. The Pilgrim, Shepard or Wise Man at the end of the video was Dimash’s newborn son, born in his image and grows up to guide the Representatives of different religions and race from different Nations to the light, for a new beginning living together in peace, tolerance, love and harmony.
    I’M CHOSING LIFE!!🙏🙏
See you in your next reaction. Love from Canada 💖

💥35K people from 68 countries💥came together in love, in solidarity, in peace in an Almaty, KZ stadium on 9-23-22 for the 4 hour concert (31 songs, I'm told) given by the young Kazakh musician whose divine voice touches souls & changes hearts. Below please read the brief speech that DQ gave to the audience before singing his newest composition, "The Story of One Sky." Sending this to you & yours, Dear, with Much Love & In Solidarity while Praying for Peace.
"Many thanks dear friends, before I perform the next song, let me say a few words. Thank you very much.
We, the people sitting in this stadium, each of us is different, not totally alike one another, but we are all God's children, each of us with different talents.
And, as I mentioned just now, right now is a bad time. In fact, I am not satisfied with the present situation.
I have not seen how such situations evolved in the past, therefore I don't know what will happen next.
But many people are suffering today because of a few individuals, it's really true.
We, we the adults, consider ourselves to be "smarter" than the small children and innocents, but while we do our best to teach and educate our children,
we forget that we also have some things to learn from those children.
They are pure-hearted, kind, friendly, untainted and without egos and their love for people are pure. Young children have such qualities.
I started writing this song I'm about to perform, three years ago.
Generally speaking, my main purpose in writing this work is to call for peace in the world.
It's a small composition that has burst out from deep within my heart.
To tell you truth, many thanks to god and with your wishes I traveled to many parts of the world and met many different people during my tours.
One thing I understood is that if you look at ordinary people, there is no such thing as a bad nationality, there is no bad nationality!
I don't need to tell you what you already know about the reason for mentioning the topic of nationality here...
Let there be peace in the world, Let there be peace. Let there be no war.
Let no people, let no nationality, let no country suffer!
Because after all, ordinary individuals, ordinary people are not at fault.
The truth of the matter is, no ordinary person is guilty of starting a war!
That's why the next song I'll be performing in your honor is about our common fate under one sky, it's called "The Story of One Sky".
    Hope you like it."

The character at the end is supposed to be Dimash's son, his wife was the woman giving birth, the symbol was passed on to the son and he grows up to lead people into a brighter future.
As you said it's down to personal interpretation but my take is that it's supposed to mean that if we raise our children to be tolerant and understanding of other cultures and religions it will be down to the next generation to bring this world together in peaceful coexistence with each other.

These are my views on this amazing masterpiece The Story of One Sky - I have watched this many times and still find things out that i never thought of amazing video and i have said it before if anyone could bring peace i strongly believe Dimash could make it possible. This needs to be shared worldwide to show people there is another way. War is never the answer because the only ones to suffer are the innocent. Rewatched the song of Dimash today one line stood out to me One of the most profound lines in The Story of One Sky is the line "Learn to share the love, Not shares" Not shares meaning stop making money out of war rich people have many shares in companies that profit from weapon manufacturing making them richer while the innocent suffer sadly this is why war exists. MONEY, GREED and POWER.
The part in the video with the little girl and the people in the hallway were Dimash's family who had been wiped out the little girl whose body he picked up was his daughter, the baby that was born was his son who grew up to be Dimash grown up at the end!!! The Dimash at the end can also be seen as Dimash in the afterlife leading others to the light in peace. This video needs to be shown worldwide. Something else i noticed is in his dying breath he sang (We're Choosing Life) as he finally passed away now that is powerful

In this September Dimash was invited to perform at the Seventh Congress of the Leaders of the World and Traditional Religions. He performed The Story Of One Sky in front of over one hundred global religious leaders attended his performance and responded with a standing ovation. The song was considered the unofficial anthem of the event. There was a video in the background, obviously not the one you were watching, but more about human spirituality, the diversity of religions in the world, and unity of people under a common sky.
After this performance, in a special audience, Pope Francis met with Dimash and presented him with a medal for spreading the ideas of unity, tolerance and love over nationalities and faiths.
The statement that can be read at the end of the video is the position jointly agreed by the heads of the world's major religions: His Holiness Pope Francis and Grand Imam Ahmad Al-Tayyeb.

The video shows once again that Dimash is an absolute genius. In singing but also as an actor and as a storyteller. The powerful message conveyed by this video is more relevant today than ever. I think this video is mostly about the message. This message however, is for the first time more important than his vocal abilities. His voice is just the tool in this video. But indispensable and simply indescribable. His singing is indescribable and I don’t have the words to express it adequately. But it is only the mediator of what this video is about. This is so heartbreaking and sad and an awesome masterpiece. Pure goosebumps.
He worked on this composition for three years and also wrote the screenplay.
The premiere was on September 24, 2022.
As some have mentioned, this video should be seen by many people. It may be very brutal for some. But let’s not forget that for many, including children, this is everyday life in some countries. And Dimash relentlessly shows us how ugly war is.
Dimash was the littel boy who was drowning in the beginning and he gave the necklace to his childhood friend (and future leader) and the girl. The girl on the beach was his future wife. And she gave birth to her second child in the video. The littel girl who was shot was Dimashs and her first daughter. Desperation and maybe revenge has led him to kill his former friend. But violence always breeds violence, and because of this, not only is the leader dead, but so is Dimash. Dimash in the last sequence of the video was the baby (and not the dead Dimash walking in afterlife) that was born and now as a grown man unites people of different nationalities and religions for peace.
If you want to know more about this video check out dimashnews. com
Btw, Dimash has received an Award from Pope Francis personally at The Congress of the Leaders of World and Traditional Religions held in Kazakhstan on September 13, 2022. He performed the song there in connection with the congress before the premiere.
There now is a wonderful booklet on dimashnews. com
Also see the live fancam from his Almaty concert on September 23, 2022. 35.000 people from 68 different countries. I am so sad, that I couldn’t be there.

I don't see that last scene as Dimash guiding everyone to the "light side" because they were already going there (remember after he killed the "n@zi" guy - who was his childhood friend and saved him from drowning - the tempest was over and the sun started to shine again). I see him joining them after choosing life until his last breath.
Almost the entire music video is very dark, bloody and violent. Except the innocent beach scene (shot at the "golden hour" - very early in the morning) full of smiles and the first love feelings. It seems like the beginning of a day that brings a very painful night which ends with a birth and the sunshine of another day.
If you pay attention to the last scene, you hear the seagulls singing and it is the golden hour again - a new beginning, a new hope (pun intended).
Anyway great reaction, guys! Greetings from Brazil

Dimash - The Story Of One Sky - Live Version - Almaty Concert 23.09.2022 Full video (Fancam)
    ua-cam.com/video/IH7hhSw6CfU/v-deo.html
Dimash is certainly a musical genius, one of the greatest singers and all-rounder and I also enjoy his music, whether on stage or music videos and I also like reaction videos and emotions. But I see celebrities, politicians of all kinds and countries much more critically and of course there is a strong message in the video, but behind it there is probably another one that is less beautiful, but should prepare us for how much is happening via YT and mass media. Films, animation, art, even talent shows, talk shows news, documentaries and also with Dimash I paid attention to symbolism, in appearances and.... by the way also sang for BIDEN, for the election campaign (which is a farce anyway and always manipulated) and was honored by the pope, who knows what agenda the religious leaders are serving.... one song was about the alleged virus and etc...
So superficially, of course, almost everyone agrees with what is conveyed in the video. But now you have to know that the SAME; behind the wars and religions to control the masses, as well as politics and MSM, also for conflicts and wars....
So an elite in the background controls everything, including the media, politicians in East and West ect ect. serve/belong. The same people are also manipulating us about the allegedly bad climate and CO2 (see the UNO Agenda 2030, which was also signed by Russia, India, China, not only the West, where they also sell us their agenda with nice words. The term tolerance becomes us also preached by the mass media and politicians for many years. We should endure everything, endure everything, have pseudo-justifications for it, while others do not have to behave tolerantly towards us, as with the planned flood of asylum seekers (in European countries), people are people in their own country second class that is happening similarly in many countries, even in Russia, it has been planned for more than 100 years (Kalergi plan, Hooton plan), in the end it harms everyone. Prices have doubled, including electricity prices, today has been I was also informed of the increase, gas prices, wood and we should endure that too and pretexts for it are given and the crises, if at all real, even in the We ge directed. This elite is now pulling together their old systems in order to then sell us their New World Order, with world government, world RELIGION, etc. Economic and currency crash, population reduction included. Even World War 3 was planned, just like World War 1 and 2, before 1900. I don't know whether it will still pull through, but with threats, the beginnings make us weaker and more docile.... In the end, who If you have brought everything into line, including the people and fully controlled, abolished borders, then there will be no need for wars. So of course NOBODY wants wars, but neither does their NWO. What they then offer as a solution or their world religion
A certain K. Schwab (from the WEF) wrote in his book that he wants at least 4 billion fewer bipeds by 2050 and he is a friend and adviser to politicians in EAST AND WEST, including Putin.
In Kazakhstan, where Dimash lives, there is the last NWO capital AStana (SAtana), with a pyramid of peace and a lot of symbolism overall, various religious leaders meet in the middle part and the opera house is below. The railway line for their EU-R-Asia has already been laid and one line even goes through Astana. Politicians also met there for 'negotiations', the local dictator Nursultan Nasarbajew was also with Pope Benedict and greeted each other with a Masonshake.
The interesting thing is that a lot of high-ranking politicians, celebrities... in West and East are in the same lodge and often belong to a minority religion. Merkel, Kohl, Bush, Trump, Biden at least in their service, Macron, Sarkozy, Johnson, even Erdogan, Putin, Medvedev AND Zelensky ect. No joke.
An additional answer to a user:
Pay attention to what kind of gestures and handshakes politicians and religious leaders have with each other, which contacts ect. What is the background of these...
Also Eastern WITH Western politicians, with the popes, with other religious leaders and by that I mean the high degree of Freemasonry, which also includes MANY astronauts and the lies of NASA, moon and Mars, Hubble and recordings of alleged space stations do not even begin. These Masons also serve this minority religion and its agenda, even if not directly associated with it, but many are BOTH. I mentioned the names. Do you know Putin's CHABAD Rabbi Berel Lazar? Did you know that Putin inaugurated a huge mosque?
Pyramids also seen in 2 Dimash videos and I clearly saw the Baphomet_hand sign twice (as well as with politicians and popes, who also spoke of NWO, also Gates, Soros, Kissinger, Bush, Clintons. Merkel, Putin, a German one magazine, etc.). E.g. at Opera 2. A couple of things already mentioned that might make you suspicious, apart from that nobody grows big without playing along and Dimash's pianist and composer is BILLIONAIRE Igor Krutoy and neither does anyone become a billionaire who doesn't play along

Thanks for reacting to this song. Do you read your comments? I just wonder, because there can be so many. I think the ending is confusing. Maybe it is the protagonist, and everyone, no matter what religion is going to the same light.
I think there would have been people on the trail already ahead of him if that is what they meant...
I like to think of Dimash's character as this present generation, leading by example, all walking the same path (life) in peace. Not all the same, but together.
My two cents. I love it, but wish it was a bit easier to interpret. Is it intentional, or are the creators wondering why we don't get such a simple story...?

That is the grandiose and impressive result of three years of compositional work by Dimash Qudaibergen.
This clip is not about war, it’s about peace. War here is a means of expressing the contrast of what happens when we lose love for one another. It is about the call to unite, to stop dividing each other along national, social, religious lines in order to preserve life, love, friendship, and the land for our children.
(Requiem means: Funeral, Funeral Mass, Funeral Service)
Story: The clip is divided into several parts. The first is about childhood. The main character and his 2 friends are linked in eternal friendship through childhood stories and a symbol (necklace).
One day, the friend saves the protagonist when he is drowning. However, there is already competition in this children's story as the boys are in love with the girl and she chooses 'Dimash'.
The pendant is a gnomon, the shadow hand of a sundial, which also served as a sea compass before antiquity. Uniform wearers wear this symbol on their heads. So it can't work.
The second experiences a kind of nervous breakdown and transfers the children's problems into the world of adult totalitarianism and struggle.
By becoming President, the antagonist (Piper - in reference to the 'Pied Piper of Hamelin') carries within himself the idea of a war to save:
“Only war will lead us to peace. Only the strongest can find love in their hearts. You must be strong enough to give freedom to the world. A world where every city, every home is one. We will guide all who are ready to start this new life. Anyone who resists has no business with us. I choose freedom. The world is open to me and I want to give it to you. War for the people is the way to unity.”
The main character also speaks of unity, of peace, but through the lens of kindness and love.
While fighting, he is confused, he is in shock, but he has to save his family - his pregnant wife (the very girl from his childhood) and his daughter. Once home, he is horrified by the picture of the dead and realizes that his family is also dead. After surviving this drama, he moves on to the antagonist to seek revenge.
However, the Protagonist’s wife survives with the help of people who know that she is the one who must give birth to a special boy who can save the world. These are people of different nationalities and faiths who have united for peace.
A parallel line of pilgrims are people of different religions, walking the hard path to some place of power where they could unite and discover the Heavenly Eye that would illuminate the world. By uniting, they create a common energy in which the protagonist’s son is born, as Hope and Faith for the Better. Their journey is a symbol of faith in general, because it always goes through trials. When we go to the truth, we go through certain lessons and our way to God is difficult, but only possible if we come together.
The words at the end of the video are from the "Document on Human Fraternity for World Peace and Living Together" signed by Pope Francis and the Grand Imam of Al-Azhar, Ahmad el-Tayeb, on February 4, 2019. Dimash met and spoke with both men at the September meeting.
    Producer - Dimash Qudaibergen
    Script - Dimash Qudaibergen
    Music - Dimash Qudaibergen
Lyrics - Liliya Vinogradova (she also wrote Passione, Ti Amo Cosi, Olimpico, etc...)
    Directed by - Alina Veripia
DimashAli Director - Kanat Aitbayev (Dimash’s dad)
Dimash Qudaibergen’s 12-minute work is dedicated to the unity of people on our planet. We are all divided into races, nations and religions, but we are all children of one planet and live under one sky. Life is the highest value.
No sacred book calls for the destruction of people. We must learn to be friends; it is impossible for a few adults to cause millions of children to suffer. The future of our planet, the future of people is in our hands, let there be peace in the world.
We are children of one Home, one Earth and one Heaven.
    (description box, Dimash news, astanatimes)
My opinion: The whole song is an outcry. My heart aches because of the wars and misery in this world. The greed, envy and intolerance of men will wipe them off the face of the earth if they do not come to their senses. Children and women are targeted victims of annihilation and rape in wars. But they are not just victims or mothers. They are half of humanity. Where are they? Why don't the women climb the mountain side by side with the men and head towards the sunrise and a better future? I only see men running mercilessly past a collapsed comrade-in-arms. Nobody helps him. What future can such a humanity await? Will anything ever change?

What I love about Dimash is that he does not use his vocal abilities to show off, but to serve the song: through his voice, he’s telling us a story.
How can you not admire and respect such a wholesome artist with a beautiful heart and soul?
Dimash’s song, video, and message are so powerful and compelling: The Story of One Sky - that Dimash composed himself - is a heartfelt plea for peace and unity. Thus, although we are divided into different countries, races and faiths, we all share the same sky.
We could feel his pain, passion, and desperation in his heavy metal like scream because he truly cares.
Dimash has found his calling as an artist: presenting his Kazakh culture to the world, but also spreading compassion, love, respect, and unity through his voice and music.
Indeed, in this short film (it’s more than a simple MV at this point!), Dimash is showing us that war is NOT the path to peace. War does not unite people like the antagonist preaches (aka the Piper); but leads to “senseless horror”, destruction, grief, and death. At the end, like a shepherd, he shows us the alternative to war by leading people from different faiths and cultures to the true path of peace and unity.
At last, I admire Dimash’s strong conviction and courage. I hope that his heartfelt cry for peace and unity will be heard by many people around the world.
Thank you for your genuine appreciation of Dimash’s talent. The Story of One Sky is such a compelling masterpiece!

Congrats on the reaction! Well, some considerations: (1) The artifact that the boy found in the trunk and that was turned into necklaces is a "gnomon", a needle for a sundial (a rustic device for keeping time); (2) The name "Piper" (piper, or piper) is known as a synonym for "dictator", "despot": This originates from the tale of the "Pied Piper of Hamelin" (folk tale rewritten by the Brothers Grim), where a piper was hired to deal with the rat infestation of the city of Hamelin (Germany, 1284). After hypnotizing the rats with his magic flute and drowning them in the Weser, the artist went to collect the amount owed (one coin per head) and was not paid (they alleged that he did not present the "heads" of the rats). He then hypnotized one hundred and thirty children from the city of Hamelin and locked them in a cave. Yeah, well, the "pied piper" (also called "ratcatcher") has become synonymous with the tyrant who uses a mesmerizing speech and leads to death! (3) The term "Imagine" refers to the song of the same name by John Lennon; (4) The final text is part of the document generated at the VII Congress of Leaders of World and Traditional Religions, held in Nur-Sultan (Kazakhstan) on 09/14/2022 and was attended by Pope Francis, representing the Catholic Church.

A smile did you say! Not quite... But yes, a lot to process and reflect on. 3 years in the making and investing mostly his own funds, this is a huge commitment and a masterpiece.
Dimash has a number of great music videos, [ Check out his Movie Trailer; " Endless Dimensions" for the movie; 'Creators; The Past' ] but this is more a mini movie with the music taking a backseat to the message. Dimash himself has often said he views his voice as just one instrument he brings 'in service of' the message / the story of any particular song.
Here the message is the most critical one humanity faces. We all live under The One Sky on this one spinning ball of rock - this small 'Pale Blue Dot' - in vast space. Do we continue to follow populist self serving aggressively territorial 'Leaders' straight toward the Extinction Cliff? Or do we Choose Life?
Despite all the trauma, conflict, brutality and grief, he ends on a note of hope, and rebirth, with a group representing all peoples of the earth and all religions moving together towards a brighter future.
Dimash doesn't view himself as some Christlike figure - but he was raised in a very traditional culture where he was always taught that 'With great gifts comes great responsibility' and he takes this ethos very seriously. We can see that he expresses this in, not only respectful celebration of his own culture, but also broader humanitarian and anti-war messaging across a number of his compositions. He knows that he has been fortunate enough to develop a platform with international reach and he is determined to use this positively.

Dimash in no way is portraying himself as a god at the end he has said many times not to worship him that he’s only a singer. There are several ways to interpret the end but the most popular one is that it’s his son who was born near the end leading different religions, meaning all people, to the light not as a savior but a leader

Requiem: The Story of One Sky
This is subtitled "Requiem” but it is also a vision and a call to action. Dimash is steeped in sacred music and has a deep understanding of the mystic teachings and symbolism of the major world religions as well as Kazakh shamanism. It is not by coincidence that the first performance of this work took place on September 14, 2022, at the Congress of Leaders of World and Traditional Religions in Kazakhstan. The written statement at the end of the video is directly from the “Document on Human Fraternity for World Peace and Living Together” signed jointly on February 4, 2019, by Pope Francis and the Grand Imam of Al-Azhar, Ahmad El-Tayeb. Dimash met and spoke with both men at the September meeting.
Everything Dimash does is intentional, and this piece has layers that would take a dissertation to unravel. I only touch on some of what struck me in the symbolism. The music is a dissertation all by itself.
The pendant is an interesting element. It is a gnomon from a maritime compass sundial. This triangular blade is attached to the sundial, casting a shadow on the sundial while the perforated pinhole projects the image of the sun onto the dial. It was used for both timekeeping and navigation, with the gnomon oriented to True North. (Thank you, Snarky Tart for that information).
In the MV, the child who later becomes the military commander never puts on the necklace. After Dimash, the boy, gives his friend the pendant, the camera focuses on his hand and shows that his friend has bent the gnomon in anger over being rejected by the girl. Thus bent, it can never be oriented to True North, and he has lost his moral compass. Later, we see a version of the gnomon as the military insignia on the uniforms of the commander and his soldiers but distorted and without the hole that allows light to shine through rendering it useless as a compass. When we lose the original intent of a symbol by twisting it into something it is not or by just paying lip service, it no longer has any spiritual meaning. At best it becomes a useless prop, at worst it is used to mislead and manipulate people.
Contemporary music is also present: With the phrase "We have passed the moment of Imagine," Dimash reminds us that we are past the sentiments evoked by the song "Imagine" by John Lennon. It is time to stop dreaming about a world of peace and harmony. If we choose life, if we wish for peace, if we want a world without war for our children and grandchildren, we must act and take up the long hard path up the mountain towards the light. It is the only way.
The storyline is a very human one: we start as innocents until our hearts are broken, we fail, or our dreams are not realized. If in our pain and disappointment, we turn to anger and blame instead of acceptance, power instead of love, greed and envy instead of generosity, hatred instead of forgiveness, and revenge instead of justice, we sow the seeds for conflicts that can turn into war.
The Piper's call is seductive as it promises redress for our grievances, control over our circumstances, and power over those who thwarted us, and this appeals to our wounded ego. However, let's remember that the Piper is a symbolic figure of Death from the Middle Ages, often used as a metaphor for trusting and following charismatic but dangerous and malevolent leaders to certain death. Even if we resist, as the adult Dimash character does, we often employ the same methods and weaponry as the Piper, and thus those who fight back betray peace as well because peace cannot be won through violence. That is the dilemma of those of us who did not start the war, who do not support the war, but are forced to respond in order to defend ourselves and those we love. How can we rid the world of evil without becoming what we fight against?
The burning sign "Waldenberg" is a reference to the end of WWII when the US Army destroyed the last of the resistance by the German Wehrmacht close to the end of the war in April 1945 in the part of Germany where I grew up. I have seen the aftermath of war as I was born a few years later when much of Germany was still in rubble. Waldenburg is only 28 miles from my hometown and was completely destroyed as you can see from the picture. Many of the dead in those bombed-out buildings were women and children. The good guys defeated evil but at what price? War is not the answer. We must find better ways to keep evil in check. iowaculture.gov/.../american-troops-move-through
The last movement is powerful: The cries over the loss of a beloved child and the cries of giving birth to new life are presented as a call-and-response grounded by a powerful Om chant that creates a sacred space, reminding us that death and birth are both sacraments and are interwoven in the tapestry of life.
Dimash's vocalization and the pilgrims representing world religions and religious leaders, past and present, walking together shift the narrative toward the final conflict and finally redemption.
When Dimash’s character decides to avenge the murder of his daughter, his state of consciousness is reflected in the darkening sky with lightning bolts of anger accompanying the storm of his emotions that buffets the pilgrims and hinder progress. The fog of war obscures the light. When he is killed after exacting retribution, he is dropped back into the "sacred womb" of Earth, the ocean of love and mercy, and is cleansed of the old hatreds and grievances that only bring more death and suffering. He breaks the wheel of endless war and suffering by choosing life.
Dimash's scream of “we’re choosing life” is that of giving birth: the old earthly consciousness of an eye for an eye has to die to make way for a new spiritual consciousness that embraces all life. Soul is breaking free to return to its natural state of love and purity as exemplified by the images of the children and the newborn baby.
The blowing of the shofar signals God's mercy for humankind when it turns from wrong to right: in the Zohar, the book of Jewish mysticism, it says: “When human beings repent of their sins, they blow the shofar on earth. Its sound ascends On High and awakens the heavenly shofar, and so mercy is aroused and judgment is removed.”
Reborn as a leader for peace and love, Dimash's character in the form of his son becomes a spiritual guide for all of mankind on our shared journey up the mountain towards the light of God, however we may interpret or name the divine. We are all on the same path, even if our personal narratives, cultural heritage, race, and spiritual orientations are very different from one another. By focusing on our common destination rather than on our differences, we can walk together in peace and love and mutual respect.
Carl Jung wrote: “Knowing your own darkness is the best method for dealing with the darknesse's of other people. One does not become enlightened by imagining figures of light, but by making the darkness conscious. The most terrifying thing is to accept oneself completely. Your visions will become clear only when you can look into your own heart. Who looks outside dreams, and who looks inside, awakes.”
This is what Dimash has done with this work; he has made the darkness conscious. We can only raise our individual and collective consciousness by bringing to light what needs to be healed in our lives and our world, and then we need to work together to restore wholeness to what is broken and bring about peace and unity, one step at a time.
We don’t have to wait. We can start right now. As the hymn tells us: "Let there peace in the world, and let it begin with me." Baraka Bashad.

Dimash says in his lower voice: Адам керуен, өмір жол. Man is a caravan, life is a road. (Kazakh proverb)
So, for me, the caravan is his (and our) inner world. Religiosity is in us, the religious man dies when a part of the soldier (Dimash) dies when he finds his dead daughter. Then, when he seeks revenge, there is a storm. His son joins to other people so to seek peace.

The premiere of the song "The Sky..." took place during a ceremonial concert accompanying the next Congress, which also took place in Kazakhstan in September 2022. Dimash sang this song in front of representatives of most world religions 😍
The concert premiere of the song took place a few days later on September 23, 2022 at the stadium in Almaty in front of 30,000 spectators from around the world😍 and the mv premiere took place a day later (September 24) at Dimash's meeting with fans in big sports hall in Almaty😍

Hi guys, thank you for reacting to this video. Just some clarification - a short version:
Dimash was the boy who was drowning and grew up partner to the girl and it was their daughter who was killed. The boy who saved him grew to be the military dictator. Dimash sought to end the war by killing his childhood friend and got killed in return. His wife gave birth to their son who grew to be the leader of the peace pilgrimage, with people coming together of all religions/faiths. Dimash worked on this piece for 3 years and it cost him $7M. His vocal though - absolutely second to none, beautiful.

the film is based on a story written by Dimash with his own screenplay. (I worked on this piece for 3 years). Director Alina Veripya spoke about creating the music video for the new song: the clip is divided into several parts. The first is about childhood. The main character, two friends linked by childhood stories and symbols of eternal friendship. One day the friend saves the protagonist when he drowns. However, there is already competition in these children's story, where the boys love one girl and she chooses one. The second goes through a kind of psychological The disintegration and transformation of children's problems into an adult world of totalitarianism and struggle. When he becomes a commander, the opponent carries the idea of saving the war: the young boy who presents the tokens of friendship he made will marry the girl (Dimash). She will give birth. A baby girl (murdered) and a mother waiting for another baby. Friends were scattered, and the third friend became an enemy, friends are enemies, because of the war, It is shocking how the cry of true helplessness of a father embracing his murdered daughter is practically coupled with the cries of a woman in labor who brings a child into the traumatized world of soldier (Dimash). That he was searching for his family and that he had found the dead body of his daughter and I think believing that his pregnant wife had also died, and felt the death of life, he decides, as the only way out in that moment of uncontrollable pain is revenge. He killed the evil embodied in his opponent, and then was killed by soldiers' bullets. ,and when Dimash died, his son was born, and the mother died during childbirth. But the boy is saved by his society of different religions and races, he wears his mother's talisman. He will surely grow up and become a messenger of peace on earth, like a worthy son of his father.A symbol of a future without evil, without wars, a world moving towards peaceful coexistence. The light of hope and peace on earth,In a world without walls, without unfair constraints, without differences or contempt for different ethnic groups or nations because the supreme value above all is: love and peace We are all human beings, we share the same planet Earth, and we owe each other as "brothers" the respect for life. In the end, he joined with people of different races and religions from another era that touches the present and the future In a world without walls, without unfair constraints, without differences or contempt for different ethnic groups or nations because the supreme value above all is: love and peace We are all human beings, we share the same planet Earth, and we owe each other as "brothers" the respect for life. ,Piper represents the force Totalitarian, oppressor who is not alien to us and who understands that war is the way to make people free (real nonsense).Piper (is the name of a soldier's opponent, a soldier who only hates, annihilates and destroys. What a paradox for a friend who, in his childhood, saves soldier Dimash from drowning. But life is like this, full of changes, good and bad, Evil, war and contempt happen when we lose love for one another, and our way to God and making peace and love in the world is not difficult but possible if we work together for love and peace and stop wars, hate and contempt. It is about calling for cooperation, to save lives, love, friendship and the land of our children. “Art is a sacred message in life, and these are the true artists.. And the earth needs these reformers in their precious, true and immortal work for the sake of love and peace on earth..Thank God for his gifts
