extra easter egg: the among us thumbnail with red standing infront of the camera with the crew in a low shot is very identical to the movie called “the THING”. the thumbnail has a low shot, identical lighting, but its one person. but thats no person, its what us among us players would call the “imposter.”
“the THING” is based off a research crew in the antarctic, but they didnt realize they had brought an alien imposter among them. and the imposter would slowly kill them each. they too, would report bodies, call emergency meetings, and whoever didnt show up was dead. (this was on a snowy continent you could call POLUS”). they found out they brought a killer alien so they launched themselves into space. they did not succeed in leaving the imposter, it was still with them.
bonus fact: one of the ways that the imposter kills in the game, is ripping half its body open to resemble a mouth opening, use the razor sharp tongue to impale the crewmate. another way is to use a knife, and a gun would be to loud unless it was in space. in the movie called “the THING” , thats also the ways it kills. it opens its mouth, and impales a crewmember. or sometimes it could just use a knife.

1:54 Another thing about that is that this animation only occurs some of the time, here's the pattern I've observed over time.
When the person is an IMPOSTOR and confirm ejects are on they come back up and show a thumbs up in a way that seems to me to mean "Good job, you got it right!"
When the person is a CREWMATE and confirm ejects are on they come back up and show the palm of their hand as if to say "Stop! You got it wrong!"
Finally, when confirm ejects are OFF, the person is thrown into lava and no further animations are shown.

There's actually one more easter egg in Among Us which is.. this Among Us game is kinda reference to Murder Mystery in Roblox. In Murder Mystery, there is a 3 roles which is a murderer, sherrif and innocent. While in Among us, there's 2 roles which is a crewmate and impostor. The original name of impostor was actually a murderer. In Murder Mystey, the innocent players have to escape from murdered and have figure it out who's the murderer. If the players found the murderer, the sherrif will shoot the murderer and win. If the sherrif died, someone will have to pick the gun from sherrif and the players who pick the gun will be a new sherrif. If the murderer killed sherrif and all innocent players, then the murderer won.
So in Among Us, the crewmate have to do a tasks if they want to win, while the impostor have to sabotage and kill. If the players found impostor or there's something not right, they immediately push the emergency button. The crewmates have to discuss who's the suspect or who's suspicous. If they caught impostor, they immedistely voted the impostor and won. There's 2 win of crewmates.
The first one is if the crewmate vote the correct impostor, they'll win or if they finish all the task, they won. While the impostor, they have to kill all crewmates. There's also the 2 win of impostor. The first one is if the impostor killed all crewmates except one left, they'll won. Or if the impostor sabotages and the crewmates didn't finish the task sabotage, impostor win.
So, i really think that Among Us is based by a roblox game, Murder Mystery because the gameplay is kinda the same. I dont know if im correct. Let me know in the view replies.

Something interesting about the dead snow body is that the bone is not made out of snow.
My theory might be that an imposter killed a crew mate and digged him a hole so he could hide the body and made a fake snow dead body to scare the other people, though he only left the bone.

Must be something trying to warn us about an impostor on the ship, or, a documentary, about someone, a crewmate outside the boundaries of MIRA HQ, who made snowmen to mark locations, and document about the 1st impostor, who went to the Skeld and kills half of the crew. The impostor is dead and they go to Polus, there is a new impostor, the crew kills the impostor, and goes back to where it all started.. MIRA HQ.
Actually i think its the crewmates giving up trying to find the impostor since they're everywhere. If you look at the map order

The impostors started in skeld, the crewmates failed to eliminate the impostor, brought it to mira hq and it spread to polus. I think they failed to eliminate the impostor in skeld because they finished tasks, finishing tasks doesnt kill the impostor?? It just means you safley made it back to Mira HQ.

I think there is a theory video on it suggesting an imposter escaped the lab. Which is why there are broken jars and specimen containers. I think the imposter made those snowmen. I enjoy listening to everyone’s theory’s about it too! :D

I think it started from the Mira hq, the crewmates where looking for Specimen samples. And thats before they got the specimen samples in the specimen room at polus, They got a virus or an infection, And in which if youve played the beta versions of among us, The impostor is called the "infected".
and after they got outside they do their task. and if you think why is there a vent in decontamination room when it should be multiple filters, Its because the impostor needs to vent to Deco and to lab to not risk getting cured by the decontamination. And the crewmates task is finished while the impostor is still alive. They launch into space on the Skeld. there they found out about the "infected" So they needed to make more visual tasks. Tasks that determine if you are not an infected crewship member. And still after that, They reach the Polus. and it is the end of the line, It is where the virus broke out of the specimen room,
jumping between space ship such as the skeld, and this explain the multiple stranded broken space ships in the telescope in polus. and the snowmans were a warning said by the Past crewmates, Thus they reach the end by voting out the infected into a pit of lava

Also did you notice that one of the maps in Among Us is named Polus and because of that there is another Henry Stickmin easter egg. One of the guys in Henry Stickmin, his bio says his name is Polus and that he got to name a planet after himself, and Polus, in Among Us, is a planet! I think that is pretty cool!
