- The plaintiff claims the defendant cheated on her, so she told him he wasn’t the father of her child. She’s petitioning the court for a DNA test, as she now says the defendant is the father. The defendant admits he cheated and hopes that a DNA test will prove that he is the father of the plaintiff’s youngest child.
