I don't know the name of the chant but it was sung live by the choir that was not in camera range. I've heard other choirs sing it but this is the best version that I've heard.

This is a Malankara Orthodox hymn that begins with "Aadhima Neethee njare vazhthiya Deivam, Than baju krupayal"
I can't post a link so search for a video with the title "Syrian Orthodox Wedding - Aadima Neethee." That is the full hymn, sung very well.
