- This is 600 sqft east facing building plan, 30 feet length and 20 feet width. There is 3 bedroom, 2 nos toilet, one is attached in one bed room another is common toilet, Living cum dining and kitchen.
3 three bedroom size is 10 feet by 10 feet, 10 feet by 9 feet, 10 feet by 8 feet 2 inch.
Toilet size is 4 feet x 6 feet
Kitchen size is 7 feet 3 inch by 6 feet 3 inch
Living cum dining size is 12 feet 5 inch by 8 feet 2 inch.
Outer all wall 250mm or 10inch and inner partion wall is 125mm or 5 inch
Door size 1000mm x 2100mm, 900mm x 2100mm and 750mm x 2100mm
Window size 1500 x 1200 and kitchen window is 1200mm x 1200mm
Ventilator for toilet is 400mm x 400mm
Approx construction cost is Rs. 7.0 Lakhs

That was a detailed and impressive design presentation. If you can pls help me by making a floor design for a 27x26 super plot area which should also show balcony at the front and maximum air ventilation. The plot size is 24x23 but ground floor shall be used for parking space and above it 3 feet of balcony area can be covered in the main plot area. It is a corner L shaper plot with 24 feet of front and 23 feet of length. Open from front and right side of the plot. I tried making a 3BHK plan with 2 small washrooms. Thanks!

Have you designed it as per vastu?? Because vastu is a very important thing now a days.. and the most important thing is toilet should not share its wall with neither kitchen nor puja room.. that's a biggest vastu fault. It will give ill results by giving negative energy emissions...
