Sweet & Soft Buns To make For Breakfast

  • Fluffy Sweet Buns: Best Breakfast!
    Easy and fun to make, especially for kids!
    In a bowl:
    1½ cup lukewarm water
    1 tsp yeast
    ¾ cup sugar
    Let it activite for a minute then continue to add:
    ⅓ cup oil
    3 cups flour
    I forgot to put the salt but they said it's delicious anyway.
    If you want to add salt add 1 tsp.
    Mix well and knead until no trace of flour is left.
    Cover the bowl and let it rise for 40 minutes.
    When ready, sprinkle the surface place the dough and knead.
    Split it in half.
    With one half you can make the shapes and the other half you can let your kids be creative.
    Take one of the halves and shape into a thread.
    Cut into small or big piece, up to you.
    And shape into another small thread.
    You can shape it as you want or as you can see in the video.
    You can also make it easier on you, shape it into a round ball, and place on a baking tray beside each other without any space.
    So you'll have fluffy round buns.
    Place all on the baking trays, cover it or place in the oven and let it rise for 20-30 minutes.
    When ready:
    Spread on top a mix of oil and vegan sweetner.
    Sprinkle Sesame seeds.
    Preheat the oven at 350F and bake for 40 minutes.
    Enjoy with vegan cream cheese, fresh salad, hummus, or babaganoush.
