The closest one to this puzzle would be the 60 Minute Clue Box by iDventure Games, which is pretty fun as well. I have a new video of it but I am sure you have done it or have seen it around by other solvers. However, they are about to ship out (2) new puzzles to me so those might be comparable as well. So I have this exact box and I’m having a problem with the 8 part cog with the symbols, I can’t turn all of the cogs which doesn’t allow me to put them in the proper order, any ideas why that might be?
Hey! So I had the same problem when I first got it as well. But I noticed that it was just stuck probably because of the wood varnish. Rotate it with some force to free it up as it won't damage anything. All of the cogs should rotated freely. Hope this works!

I was doing some research and found his Russian site; www.derevo.market/ Just not sure if or where he sells it to anymore. Although, if you happen to get it, just be aware that it took several months to receive it in the US due to COVID.
