i think you should put Daisy and Misty up for adoption and just have 2 horses and Bear because Summer can be like Robyn's horse then Cashew can be Cameron's horse but Holly could still ride Cashew. And you wont have to keep track of like 6 pets when you could only keep track of 3 pets. :) Just my idea maybe you might like this idea and go for it but if not that's perfectly fine. :D
why do you not disable the needs (shift click on the mailbox), then you won't need to fight with the Sims when they are hungry but you want them to do something....

Why did you delete cashew it would have probably helpped you with the equestrian skill to have two different horses
You had to wait until your sims moved houses before you could click on the other sims hope this helped!
When you get a job make a barn for summer and any other horses you have at the time
I think you should make your house bigger it is really small with all the dog and cat and you can make a big room for you cats and dogs to play in
She should clean her house more, like in the old house, the house was a mess. It's part of her career to keep the house clean
