The fully automated Duplo DC-648 Slitter/Cutter/Creaser is the latest Duplo’s high volume all-in-one finishing solution designed for today’s digital printer. With the ability to process up to 8 slits, the Duplo DC-648 delivers full-bleed applications up to 40 sheets per minute without the white borders and toner cracking for a clean finish.
Support up to 400gsm media and 1,000mm paper length, DC-648 is the ideal multi purposes cutter/slitter/creaser for digital print market. Various types of products such as business cards, greeting cards, leaflet, and brochure are available. Duplo DC-648 comes standard with a new camera that is able to detect image shift, skewing and shrinkage in 1 pass; Air knife, Double Feed Detection, Card stacker and PC controller. Cross perforation, and Straight Perforation module is available as optional tools
