The claymation bumpers from the 80s were my favorite by far, but I also find it funny how until the late 90's-early 2000's the purpose was to cushion a commercial break, whereas 1 Saturday Morning prioritized telling you what network you were watching. This is around the time that Children's TV at a whole went completely corporate. Look what happened to Nickelodeon, for example. Yesterday I watched a video they uploaded of THE MIGOS performing at the KID'S CHOICE AWARDS!!! I really feel bad for kids now. I think a lot of 70's-80's kids (including myself) don't realize how good they had it.
Clearly you spent some quality time putting this together. Thank you for your hard work! I loved it! Particularly the early stuff. That took me back in time to my childhood. Wintery Saturday mornings, fighting with my brothers over who gets the couch and finally settling in with a steaming bowl of Maple and Brown Sugar oatmeal! That was awesome! Thank you!
This makes me want to cry. I miss those days so much. Everything was better then. I also miss those days for personal reasons as well. Wish I could go back to the 1990's.
TheSsbcandidates I especially want to go back since my father would still be alive. Ever since his death I have been wanting to turn back time to spend more time with him, especially towards the end when he was reaching out to spend time with but I was too busy with girlfriend and working that I didn't take the time to spent the quality time with my father before his death. I took those days for granted and now I wish I could have them back.
CF-105 Games I feel you, my mother died of cancer in late 2011 and it sure has affected me. Dad still alive but he is so..., I dunno not supportive. I tried to tell him of the bad and illegal things my boss is doing but he did not want to listen and blamed it on me, and doesn't want for me to tell authorities. I miss the 80s and early 90s, cartoons and entertainment media just took for worse since 1995. Wish the ACT got canned.
Keith, you the man dog! I mean you just wrapped up my whole childhood, teen years and younger days, in less than five minutes, man. I haven't seen some of these bumpers in almost forty years. Sure brings back some nice memories of better days. Thanks man. Keep up the good work.
Wow!!! It's been 11 years since ABC had awesome Saturday Morning cartoons! Awesome bumper collection & I loved Mr. Bumpy & Bump In The Night! ABC needs to make cartoons again seriously! Keith, thank you for the sweet memories!
I have the "Bump in the Night" bumpers (1994-96), but I'll plan on doing a special on the history of ABC Saturday Morning bumpers. There were a few "AM Posse" bumpers in one of the videos. I might be adding it very soon. I missed Saturday morning TV back where they were showing the "Bugs Bunny & Tweety" which is my favorite.
Thank you so much for uploading this. I am looking for the abc Saturday morning where it was the same tune as the bumps at 0:58-1:00. I think it was a cartoon book that opened and there was a woman [animated] who "unfolded" out of the page and I think folded back into it. It lloked mid to late 70s and was used into the late 80s/early 90s. I know it's crazy to look for but I REALLY loved the way it was animated lol! I'm on the look out! Loved traversing down abc memory lane!
On HamptonRoadsTVFan in the February 1, 1992 Bugs Bunny and Tweety Show Commercial Block 2(Halftime), The ABC bumper showed the ''AM Posse'' kids singing, ''After These Messages, We'll Be...'' and then the kids turn around showing their logo on their jackets and then they sang, ''Right Back.''
On HamptonroadsTVFan, they got full screen ABC ''AM Posse'' bumpers than Andregrindle. For instance, On the February 1, 1991 Bugs Bunny and Tweety Show commercial block 1, this bumper featured the gang singing ''After These Messages, We'll Be..'' then they disappeared and sang, ''...Right...'' and then they appear again and sang, ''...Back.''
The Claymotion Bumper second run was from September 12, 1992 to September 11, 1993, not from 1991 to 1995. From September 18, 1993 to September 3, 1994, the Bump in the Night Bumpers ran until the What-a-Mess bumpers took its place from September 10, 1994 to August 31, 1996.
In the February 1, 1992 Bugs Bunny and Tweety Show Commercial Block 4 and credits and December 7, 1991 commercial block 2, this bumpers shows the ''AM Posse'' singing, ''After These Messages...'' at the end on the back of the car the sign says, ''We'll Be Right Back'' and the kids are singing the rest of the same words.
In the February 1, 1992 Bugs Bunny and Tweety Show commercial block 3 and December 7, 1991 Winnie The Pooh commercial block, The ABC ''AM Posse'' kids are singing, ''After These Messages, We'll Be Right Back.'' in the car.
In the February 1, 1992 Winnie The Pooh Commercial Block 2, The ''AM Posse'' graffiti logo is on the brick wall and the kids sang, ''After These Messages We'll Be Right Back''.
1987, also the year speed limits over 55 were allowed for the first time since 1974. on rural interstates anyway. 50-55 in the urban interstates still applied though.
Why don't you tell the owners of WildBrain on UA-cam to post All Full Episodes from What A Mess (1995) and Bump in The Night (in English Dubbed) on UA-cam?! 😒
Too bad The repeats of cancelled Disney Channel shows like Lizzie McGuire and That's So Raven killed the Saturday Morning lineup. It overstayed its welcome.

Pixar The Great I feel that

Everytime i look at these bumpers it take me back when i was a kid
I loved these little intermission breaks. Good ole days of tv.
I LOVE YOU ABC 1994 SATURDAY MORNING I MISS YOU NOW 😢
It's weird not having seen most of these in over 30 years. Gen X'ers might be the first generation to be able to relive our childhood like this.
HEAR! HEAR! Yes, indeed! GREAT job Keith! WONDERFUL memories!

1987-1990 Claymation bumpers, my favorite!!
Only came here for the claymation dog and fire hydrant, the cowboy, and the three singers.
Haha no shit. The Bump in the Night ones were pretty cool but fuck the rest of them.
Ernest Goodwyn oh man, I wound up on the same part of the internet as you
Damn, that's awesome lol. I thought for sure I was the only one that searches for this kinda stuff, lol.
Robbie King Damn, that's awesome lol. I thought for sure I was the only one that searches for this kinda stuff, lol.

The chopper bumper was always my favorite ! Good memories of carefree Saturday mornings .

You're probably thinking of the intro to ABC Weekend Special.
he was talking about funshine saturday from 1974-77
Bump in the Night now on DVD!
I swear there was a sailor one or something?
"We will hit the seas again, after these commercials end" can't find it. These are close
you're thinking of fox kids
Absolutely, but they're the ones I love the most because they're the first I remembered seeing on Saturday mornings.
Memories, memories, memories....
Man what a beautiful memories of my childhood.😭😭😭😭😭
On HamptonRoadsTVFan in the February 1, 1992 Bugs Bunny and Tweety Show Commercial Block 2(Halftime), The ABC bumper showed the ''AM Posse'' kids singing, ''After These Messages, We'll Be...'' and then the kids turn around showing their logo on their jackets and then they sang, ''Right Back.''

Good old Saturday morning cartoons.
These are amazing. Quite a few One Saturday Morning bumpers are missing.
The Claymotion Bumper second run was from September 12, 1992 to September 11, 1993, not from 1991 to 1995.

Nostalgia..... 🎵my name is Mr bumpy and I go bump in the night 🎵
Well,it was work that paid off well.I remember a lot of these bumpers and campaign slogans from my childhood watching ABC on Saturday mornings.
Bump in the Night! :D~misses that show~
In the February 1, 1992 Bugs Bunny and Tweety Show commercial block 3 and December 7, 1991 Winnie The Pooh commercial block, The ABC ''AM Posse'' kids are singing, ''After These Messages, We'll Be Right Back.'' in the car.
In the February 1, 1992 Winnie The Pooh Commercial Block 2, The ''AM Posse'' graffiti logo is on the brick wall and the kids sang, ''After These Messages We'll Be Right Back''.
I remember the 1980-1985 commercial break intro.
Thanks. I worked very hard on it
The figure bumpers from 1993 is how I fell in love with one of the characters that were in the bumper.
I had no clue about this until Disney's at the end
The cowboy was nostalgic.
oh snap Bump in the night!!! Whata Mess ONE SATURDAY MORNING!!!
I love the voice from the Bump In the Night doll. Asian girl from the 70s is cute too.
i found them all and I am putting a new collection together as we speak!!!!
i didnt know there were bump in the night bumpers
“After these messages, we’ll be right back!!!”
I miss Saturday mornings and these bumpers :(
Now THAT"S A Saturday Morning Bumper Collection! You did it like a pro! :-)
I came for the claymation!!!! And Mr Bumpy
Claymation ones were my childhood! Loved them!
When Disney took over it sucked
But Guys, I Hope someone from WildBrain Will be Post All Full Episodes of What A Mess (in DiC Entertainment Version) on UA-cam 😔
1:42 sounds like a snippet of the Partridge Family theme song.
Isn’t that the song that is in An Extremely Goofy Movie and Diary Of a Wimpy Kid: Rodrick Rules
"We'll Return After These Messages"
"And Now These Messages"
"After These Messages Will Be Right Back"
"And Now Back To The Show"
80s was definitely the best!!
I like the cowboy and 3 singers bumpers
Don't go away! We'll be right back!
I remember one saturday morning...not so sure bout the claymation ones but those were the longest, lol
You're doing the Lord's work, sir!
I loved the What A Mess bumpers. :)
The last of Saturday morning cartoons. :(
1987, also the year speed limits over 55 were allowed for the first time since 1974. on rural interstates anyway. 50-55 in the urban interstates still applied though.
Oc61579 has the 1990 saturday ABC bumpers also.
Super!
I remember the clay dog and hydrant. What about the singing pen bumper?
the mr sun in 1976 0:27
Whens the show going to start dangit!!!!
I was born too late to see these (except the commercials after Disney bought ABC) but DISNEY SUCKED THE CREATIVITY OUT OF ABC! :(
+fanny3211 Disney one was stupid. I feel quality standards were higher in the 80s and early 90s. Compared to now how we have better tech.
Same
fanny3211
3years later... StarWars

The ABC Toy Story Army Men things are on TheJacksonRoykirk.
0:59 We'll Return, After These Messages
Is there a bumper collection featuring ABC Kids which they showed from 2005-2011?
D Henie uploaded 2 ABC All-Star Saturday morning bumpers.
I kinda like the "Dog and Man" ones. They're cute. : >
Yeah. That era and the Claymotion era are my favorite eras of this lineup
0:29 RIP HEADPHONE USERS
Really dont need the text overlays as they are.
The claymation bumpers must’ve been really popular on ABC since they seemed to lasted longer
You're doing a public service
What about part 2?
Yikes, those "kids singing" bumps were awful.
I know dude
Pure Cringe!!!
Well I mean Blame The Quality of the Source of the Footage From A TV!
That Sh*t Is RARE!
YIKES IN A MILLION!!!!!!!!!
Include the toy story army men bumpers por favor
You got to replace the Andregrinle videos with the HamptonRoadsTVFan videos.
Normalize the volume!
ABC has changed so much all they show is drama crap shows and reality nonsense and now all the other major networks are following also.
U the man!!
Brings back memories. Just sad that those assholes called the FCC killed Saturday morning cartoons
7:43 I don’t know what to say, the monkey won’ do...
You mean part two.
Why don't you tell the owners of WildBrain on UA-cam to post All Full Episodes from What A Mess (1995) and Bump in The Night (in English Dubbed) on UA-cam?! 😒
Nostalgia Bias??? No such thing, today's programming REALLY DOES SUCK
Cheers me up

@TheShadowsega75 Now they're replaced by a bunch of edutainment shows.
Too bad The repeats of cancelled Disney Channel shows like Lizzie McGuire and That's So Raven killed the Saturday Morning lineup. It overstayed its welcome.
