I think the sound of harman aura 3 is more distorted than the Homepod. Especially, The bass control of aura 3 is worse than the Homepod. The sound of aura 3 is solely louder than Homepod at the same volume.
Yea Aura 3 have a nice quality , but Homepod very suitable with the era of apple
It seem that harman kardon lack somewhere at low mids
Home Pod sounds more like HK Aura Studio 2. However Aura 3 is more refined in broader spectrum than Home Pod and Aura2. Sounds cleaner in bass, mids & highs. You would have to listen in real life to decide.

I have both and the homepod sounds was better with deeper bass and separation. The harman kardon gets louder but that’s it
bass ipod home more stable and more tight and the sound more fedelity then aura 3 but i should hear in real to compare these speakers cant judge which the best one
HomePod looks much better.
The sound quality feels different. Harman Kardon is sharp and light, so it sounds stimulating.

i still prefer homepod...it has "fuller" sound, but aura is good too, but its treble it's too "piercing"...(my strictly personal opinion!!!)

Although I am an Apple fan, but from this video I prefer H/K sound profile. Dont know why but Homepod tends to sound bassy, muddy, dark. H/K seems to have better clarity in midrange.
It would have been better if Apple allowed some EQ adjustment in their Home app. It def give Homepod some more feature
I had exactly the same feeling.
You can still change the eq while on Spotify. Do it before connecting the HomePod and you’ll hear a big difference. However it is not recommended as it may damage the drivers, the subwoofer in particular, you’ll hear a lot of distortion

Of course I will choose HK . Homepod not bad but that not enough for me ! Maybe if someone use iphone - ipad - product of apple will lik homepod but with me that not problem . So Aura 3 better

With me Aura 3 surely have the winner , because I and our custumers almost like it sounds ( Apple have a good quality and have a control voice with smart SIRI so that a good point but aura 3 about sounds is good more than )

@@ArendelleLeah i have both. Homepod has deeper bass and higher fidelity audio which can play lossless. The aura 3 cannot do that but it is louder. Homepod also has better separation/sound stage than harman kardon aura 3. I would give the edge to the homepod for overall sound quality and virtual assistant etc…

But I bought Harman/Kardon Aura Studio 3, The reason is HomePod is so expensive, Aura 3 needs 200$, and HomePod needs 550$.
I live in China, So we might have different prices.
