Loved this video and so glad it popped up in my feed because I didn't get notified, grrr. Glad your feeling better, I am currently in the midst of losing my colouring mojo, or should I say have lost it. It's 36 Celsius, which is 100 Fahrenheit which may have some blame in my lost mojo. Apparently I also have the mouse guard visiting me to get out of the heat and it's driving me to distraction. Glad you are back Feath and take it steady as I miss you when I don't see you & would rarther see a little of you than ALOT and u get burnt out again. Ignore any and all the above if you wish but it's from my heart. It can be lonely living alone and feeling a bit low, then my mood picks up when I see one of your uploads. Ouch! the whole mouse guard gang? Maybe they have your mojo tied up in a tree stump or something. Hope cooler weather arrives soon for you and your mojo escapes :) I have a lot of medical issues, as you know, and they can hit at any time, unannounced. So when I do have health, I do as much as I can, so I can schedule things out. Then, if I do get sick, I have some cushion. Currently scheduled out to Jan 12th, so I'm under no pressure to get things done. It's good :) I'm glad your around, Claire, you're never truly alone if you got online friends :)
You are so right about my online friends, they keep me interested and busy. Especially my favourites mwah. Our next cooler day is boxing day so that's something to look forward to. I was born in the UK & All my family have passed away but special people like you are like my best friends, even if they have no idea. I love your loose style and I cannot express how happy that you are feeling a bit better. I have a rare nerve disorder from my mother's DNA so I take it steady but am absolutely getting back to my desk as I miss my art as it comforts my soul. Thank you Feath for all you do, even a short I watch relentlessly. I so appreciate the effort you make to make my day, because you do. Great page. While watching you I'm colouring in North Pole Elves by Morgan O'Brien. I've finished all my Christmas shopping now, which means I've treated myself to some new colouring books. 3 French ones arrived yesterday and I've got 3 coming from Japan and one to come from Korea. What new book have you ordered? Xxx
I just got 1 - Christmas Gnomes. But it turned out to be a little more simple than I enjoy. And the paper is pretty cheap. So don't see myself coloring it in - much or at all. Grats on getting all your shopping done!
You should get a cat or two to help with your mouse problem. May I ask though? Why would you leave food out on a bench? That's just asking for trouble and giving them Christmas lunch everyday. Merry Christmas...
We had a cat for 20+ years, never a mouse problem, although our neighbourhood is notorious for them. The mice started coming in within 2 weeks of her passing. We don't have another cat because my husband doesn't want one. It is a contention between us. Food is sometimes left on the counter when the refrigerator is full. I'd give my left hand for a kitten/cat.
