As an Aussie who is dead keen to see what Eddie can do for Australian Rugby following his recent appointment as Wallaby coach, I really did gain a lot from watching this. And there were some good questions from fans and other coaches too. Mainly though it allowed me to see what my good lady is up to in trying to coach me. If it's all about repeat the message, then she's got that one down pat. I might need to have word with her about variety. As for keeping it moving..... she's working hard on me there too. Oops here she comes. With the Wallabies, Wallaroos, Super Rugby and Club footy, and just 8 months out from RWC in France, I'm wondering where Eddie will put his focus to have the greatest impact.
There seemed to be TWO major requests from EJ, hands up to give thrower a target, and, after passing the ball back up the catcher. Fairly simple, direct instructions, but how quickly the students returned to the old form. As a student, don't just LISTEN to the coach but HEAR what's being taught and make their requests a habit by practicing the skill ALL THE TIME !!

Poor coaching...they were struggling with the basic hands up, so should've had them doing drills of through the hands with hands up.
