Best scissors I’ve ever owned!! But no clue where they came from

No clue where I got them or who manufactures them but they seem like the cheapest junk ever until you’ve used them for 5+ years cutting steel and paper with zero issues to this day. Rusty as heck and yet these things still cut clean!! If y’all know who makes them lemme know in the comments!
