One thing I love about being retired is that I no longer have to contend with people pushing me to be more outgoing or networking at work. I truly believe that most people no longer know who they are; they are superficial & shallow . They watch too much TV & false news. Hello and Thank You for the Very Inspiring Video 🤗 I really like being alone. My Son lives in another State. So since I hardly get to visit him, only once a year, I find comfort in just being alone in my room. I do stuff alone and I like it. So 43 years later I'm still single and I'm think I'm happy 😊. Does that make me weird. My Cat 🐈 doesn't mind. Best Wishes to Everyone 🌹🎶🎼☮️💖
As someone who is a bit of an introvert i must admit that while time alone is good, there's nothing like being part of a family. Humans are and have always been social creatures. Thats how we're built.
Soletude is a good way to learn about ones self and family. It shows a lot of truths about life and how one can be at peace. Thankyou for the vidio. rose 🌹
@@omnichsole4244I don't think they're missing anything. The video starts by saying this is about "the significance of BOTH solitude AND companionship". And, the commenyer literally said "while the time alone is good, there's nothing like being part of a family", which echoes exactly what the video says about being alone to nurture yourself so that you can be good in company. People in comments are too quick to judge, as if like an automatic response of confrontation and conflict.
Beautiful Spiritual Speech on connecting with our Soul and inner world. It describes Self Care, Self Compassion and Self Love. It Talks about Self Awareness, Self-conscious and Transformation to our highest ability. It describes how silence helps us to connect to the Universe Energy or the Source energy. We become a better person and good relationship with others. Thank you so much for such a great informational speech. Humble Gratitude. It rymes with my thoughts.
It is in the silence that we can be still ; and when we are still we can think, and thought is the centre of all attainment. We should therefore seek the silence often.
I have 1 friend (someone who lives outside my home) that I make time to spend with her, but even with her being my friend I can only deal with her for short periods of time. Idk y but I just have a hard time being around other ppl for long periods of time. I honestly prefer to be at home, even when I'm alone I'm not lonely. I can always find something to keep my mind stimulated and the times I don't want my mind stimulated I'm able to do that easy as well. Sometimes I feel like I'm missing out bcuz I know networking with ppl can help you in certain situations. But I'm ok without that.
This is so true, my time of solitude has really helped me to connect with my true self and has added another stepping stone to help me on my journey. Thank u Philosophy...
There's less to discuss or to argue. Positive thoughts Or negative thoughts you can just remove them without discussing them with someone else. Nothing too big.Nothing Is small. Being on the outside and looking Silently Reveals Others are revealing about you!

I've got to the point in my life that I simply don't tolerate narrow minded thoughts , being alone gives me the opportunity to gather my own " being , beliefs and the true essence of life , in other words : purpose " .. Of course we need to "be" in the society , interact with , comply with the obligations as expected - though I'm minimizing . I really don't like to explain myself . You understand me , then I'm fortunate - you don't understand me , then leave me alone
I also am and have been since birth an introvert ,but Even alone with myself am never alone ,after all I'm made up of billions of individual cell's and thoughts that I can't stop.
It gives an opportunity to introspect, to understand the self . In our native Tamil language we call ' yekaantham" ,the equivalent of solitude is sweet, comforting and relaxing. No wonder it is a bliss. It is a capacity to be developed to enjoy solitude.
I'm an introvert myself. I get peopled out, and need time alone to recharge my batteries. I do crave those people in my life that are vital. But I feel I have more to offer to them if I'm complete.
I resonate with this message, and it is amazing how some people will feel sorry for you as if to be alone is abnormal. In my solitude, so much I have learned about myself. I'm leaning to be always concously present, and so much Im achieving being with mostly myself ❤❤
I always had a fear of being alone but now many years later I enjoy living and being alone. I moved to another state and changed my phone number where I have completely gotten rid of all my old friends.
After listening and evaluating my past experiences, I'm facing the first time the choice to "embrace loneliness" during a hard time I'm into! I'm positive in doing this, but we'll see... great thoughts!❤
Having a Dog is the bes companion ever. We are never alone with a Dog. They totally get us and help keep us emotionally balanced. They will literally love us to death. Having to put my Dog to sleep was the most heartbreaking thing I'd ever had to do, or will ever do again. Their love is so unconditional that the sadness never completely leaves you. If you're lonely, go and adopt a lonely old Dog who will die lonely in a cage having never had the chance to love you unconditionally. 🙏💓💝
True solitude is beneficial, however it is not when it is enforced as a punishment. There are times of solitude and there are times of togetherness, but when the togetherness does not come, because there are that who and what is missing from our lives that we are meant to have and be a part of, the ability to participate and interact. When the solitude starts to become a prison of solitary confinement, because of situations such as abuse, and abandonment, persecution, injustice, ostracisation, outcasting, loss and grief come forth as an expression of death. When it is unjust that expression of grief remains and that is what is happening now, the collective grief of death resulting from loss and injustice, abuse or other things that are not meant to be, then there is a collective healing needs to take place. However it can not be when there is no responsibility and just immaturity and a continual long grief and cry, we don't want you. So we have a long enduring, protracting journey until all learns if you shut one out and refuse togetherness then it will bring forth continual death loss and grief, hence our situation now. One day everyone will learn, that we go together, times for aloneness and times for togetherness and there is a balance that is healthy, at the moment, there is an unhealthy imbalance. This road is long.
You can really begin to acknowledge the positive and negative in yourself, accept it, move on and improve yourself, without the distractions made by the demands on your attention from others.
I find most human interaction is a distraction from one's spiritual path. Most people do not do the hard work of knowing oneself, of breaking through illusion, but rather distract themselves with the noise & bright lights of this modern world. It's not easy to wake up in this life but it's the path I've chosen. One gets a lot of grief from others for this choice....
I love being alone I feel so much peace and closer to God.I also tell my children that it's a good thing to be alone it doesn't mean that you're crazy but it shows how much you love God and yourself.

For a video that was less then 14 minutes long, i felt the pull strongly
Because it gives you time to think without interference or contamination from others.
Thanks for the validation. Solitude is what matters.
YES I HAVE THIS EXPERIENCE AND IM SO GRATITUDE FOR THE SOURCE OF THE UNIVERSE 💖
Why do you feel the need to SHOUT?
You have developed a connection to God.
I love the sound of this person's voice. It is calming and guideful.
It strikes me as an AI generated voice, not really human? Soothing nonetheless.

Not unlike your comment……
Your talk is absolutely true. I'm enjoying my solitude and at the same time I find myself doing useful things to friends and loved ones. I feel compassionate and contented
You are never alone, you are always with the most important person in your life..........yourself.
Life gets significantly easier when you understand the philosophy of everything. As A Die Hard Isolationist, Solitude keeps me sane.
YES, 🤚 self discovery happens in solitary moments.
Very powerful video. It's a great message for those who think being in a crowd is being liked and loved. You don't need others to like and love you. What you need is to love your own self, your own soul. The true power of existence lies in solitude.
Every body needs Aloneness. To explore and understand and appreciate the inner voice
Hello and Thank You for the Very Inspiring Video 🤗 I really like being alone. My Son lives in another State. So since I hardly get to visit him, only once a year, I find comfort in just being alone in my room. I do stuff alone and I like it. People give me headaches and I do stupid things when I'm around my so-called friends. To much drama. I have lots of hobbies that are fun to do. I was married once for one year, bad turn out. So 43 years later I'm still single and I'm think I'm happy 😊. Does that make me weird. My Cat 🐈 doesn't mind. Best Wishes to Everyone 🌹🎶🎼☮️💖
Nope I'm with you all the way on that score. Love thyself. 💓
Being alone staying busy and staying sober is Is self discipline. Self
As someone who is a bit of an introvert i must admit that while time alone is good, there's nothing like being part of a family. Humans are and have always been social creatures. Thats how we're built.
Great username and photo 😂
Soletude is a good way to learn about ones self and family. It shows a lot of truths about life and how one can be at peace. Thankyou for the vidio. rose 🌹
Your missing the whole thing.
@@beatnikbellaI learned nothing of value from your judgemental comment.
I absolutely love this video. Thank you for sharing it. I am alone 24/7 and learned so much about myself. God bless.
I love to stay alone because I love my self and understand the world better
It is in the silence that we can be still ; and when we are still we can think, and thought is the centre of all attainment.
We should therefore seek the silence often.
Thanks
Shankracharya won the debate on Sanyasi v/s Grihasthi, on this SOLITUDE ( not requiring another on your road to Salvation.
Thank yooou very much for your contribution!!
Noted! I'll search! ✨💜
So true. My overall performance and happiness is much greater in solitude than in the company of others..... no matter how supportive others are.
True for me as well.
Absolute Truth..... explained in an amazingly simple way..... with a meditative rhythm👌🙏
Empaths love being alone ,but absolutely need to be alone at times to recharge!
I'm 71 and I've always walked alone except for the times when I couldn't walk.
I've been alone a majority of my life. Getting picked on and Bullyed throughout my childhood I learned that if I stayed quite & low-key it wasn't as bad. But as I grew older I was feared & I didn't like that. Then I started to feel Loved from others & I didn't no how to react. Now that I'm in my mid 40's I'm just kind of lost, outta place? But I now know that it's my Birth Right 2B Happy & Abundant. Idk? Just thought I would would share. Thank you.

So profoundly true. And, an insightful telling that the term:"alone" actually means all- one
First few comments that i read, i have no words to describe how absolutely on point you guys r...cheers..
Vannakum, in solitude and calmness we can observe ourselves...🇿🇦
I’m Grateful for this Sharing and have come to APPRECIATE WHO I AM BEING… it Feels Greatly Empowering & SAFE🙏🏾🙌🏾🕉️

Absolutely spot on, very wise words, thank you for this great video! 💖💖💖

😢living alone is the best thing that anyone can do for themselves when you are healthy. Some people can't afford it.
Thank you very much for sharing this video. Appreciate it.
Yeah I agree ya kids and time with family is cool 😎 but those times alone are greatness in life
True solitude is beneficial, however it is not when it is enforced as a punishment.
@@deadreckoning6288 I hear you! For myself, I’m becoming very selective about who and what I give my attention to.
I love being alone I feel so much peace and closer to God.I also tell my children that it's a good thing to be alone it doesn't mean that you're crazy but it shows how much you love God and yourself.
I am never alone when I am WITH MYSELF... MUCH GRATITUDE! 🙏
Yeees!! 💜✨
