1-That's crazy speed on a cart an would be an absolute blast to do. 2-Are there deferent classes out at one time like in Lemans cause some of them other carts you guys passed that was drafting together seemed like they was still quite a bit slower than just you two. 3-Love the extra help both of you was tryin to give yourselves at rhe end🤘🤘
@@adamdavis7646 it is an absolute blast no doubt! Yes there are a few different classes out there just like Lemans. We were actually in a 3 man pack most of the race I had a partner behind me. Teamwork makes the dream work!
Not sure what engine you guys are running. I grew up in the UK and ran in the 100cc National class back in the day. I had two carts, one with slicks on a dry set up, and one with wets (for obvious reasons :0). No clutch and so needed a buddy to push start me. I ran TKM 2 stroke motors which revved like yours does (17,000). The money motors were Rotax, but I didn't have the cash. Depending on gearing, we could do a 100+. Because I ran it real lean for max power, I had to reach back every now and then and cover the carb inlet to richen up the mixture to stop from holing a piston. I love the bump-drafting that you guys are doing. Seems like an absolute blast!!! Please add a little commentary.
We are on the IAME KA100cc engine. We are on pretty much same kind of set up. With the right gearing and a good draft we were hitting 105mph. It’s a blast around Daytona. I’m new to posting my videos so thank you for the suggestion. I’ve had a few people ask for commentary I’ll give it a try in the future. 👍🏼 drop a follow for more please!
🍒 knew he wanted to get you in the infield coming to the checkered. Backed up turn one to get that run on you. Definitely cool to see what's going on behind you as well with this footage
@@Dakota24Fan he made the perfect move at the perfect time. When it’s a train of two the guy in front obviously carries the advantage and he evacuated it perfectly.
@@koganwone could argue that the guy in front is a sitting duck breaking the air for everyone behind them if the trailing kart(s) allow the leader to get a small gap. Use that extra momentum to break through that wall of air and complete the pass.
You and 406 were balling 🔥🔥
We’re partners we roll pretty dang good together!
