Really great flight report! Loved that LCY approach and especially the view to the engine was great.. I've been on 03F at my one and only Q flight on airberlin.. Thanks for sharing!
Thanks for great report. I used to work ( well at least I was employed to work) at LuCY with World Airlines. Amazing to see how it has changed in the intervening years.
Liking all your on-screen stuff hugely; 9 thumbs up if I had them! Would like height meter on-screen all the time and also speed-up factor when you do it. All the best for your future offerings; much thanks from me.
The approach always starts towards the east side of the airport due to the busy London airspace no matter which runway you land on at LCY. In this instance we landed on 09 meaning we had to take a long downwind south of the airport so that's why we flew past the airport and that area before making a 180° turn for the downwind leg (essentially a long S-shaped approach)
+mvbo31 It's most probably caused by the camera being inside its case and being exposed to vibrations, as far as I can remember the props sounded fairly normal
I am doing this flight for the first time on Wednesday, like my first flight ever, I am nervous as hell, should I know anything that is weird but completely normal before I do it?

Freddy Lasson I do hold the camera quite low (mostly to avoid weird looks from other passengers), but I am quite young, I'll be 15 in the upcoming weeks :D
I’ve been on a q400 flight on Flybe twice and Air Berlin once and I really enjoy them!

Flight Time Happy you enjoyed the video :D
Very very good trip report, keep this up and you will go far in UA-cam I’m sure.
SkyLord Thanks for the support, I appreciate it! I will continue to create content as much I can and hope to grow bigger and bigger!

+David Sadler Thanks a lot! Glad you enjoyed the video :D
David Sadler I still work at LCY I just joined but I work for British airways and Flybe
@@janonymous8225 you do you go about finding a job at the airport? I would love to work there? Thanks.

Britt Unculus Thanks very much! I'll take your suggestions into account :D
Omg does this still exist?
How come you flew over the Greenwich Peninsula and the o2 at 11.31? Did you have to go round or something?

And keep in mind we weren't flying right over it, we were way south of it
Flybee still working??
I live just behind Exeter airport!
do you prefer propella or jet engines
How long and how much?
The new virgin/delta acquisition
I've never heard a prop sound like that on a Q4. FlyBe's aircraft maintenance needs to check.

Melon088 Okay, now that makes perfect sense to me. Good video by the way.
Also never flown Flybe, would you recommend?
SkyLord From my experience I would definitely recommend Flybe and I hope to fly with them again in the future to see if the quality of flights keep up
No
Iv,e done Exeter - Amsterdam with them twice been great both times
I hear there hand baggage allowance is a bit restricted.

Beth Norman no reason to be nervous at all!!!! :)
Q400 leg room in the window seat is terrible. The fuselage cuts in way too far.
It's fine I'm 5ft 10 and have no problem
At 17:44 where is the viewing spot

Dan909 Daily creative destruction I live just behind Exeter airport!
I bet this guy is a kid (no hate it’s just cause of the height of the camera)
Freddy Lasson I do hold the camera quite low (mostly to avoid weird looks from other passengers), but I am quite young, I'll be 15 in the upcoming weeks :D
