Nobody is realizing that the guitar and his voice doesn‘t fit at all in the verses? Like I know that he sings amazing ❤ but what happend here? Is the one playing the guitar wrong or is Josh singing too high? I watched a different live version of this song too and it also sounds wrong😅 But maybe he‘s just nervous? No hate, really no hate… I love him ❤but he or the guitar sounds off in the live version?
i don't see it, it seems really like the studio version. maybe you have this impression because the video was recorded really closed, but to me looks pretty perfect
I was wondering about the same thing, and yes, he's definitely laying sharp in both versions. I assume he's having trouble hearing the chords (and thus the key) properly, that can be hard in a live situation.
Wow you have a good ear! I didn’t notice! You may here a difference because in the studio it’s one confined space made so no sound can bounce of the walls.(and/or to keep it to a minimum | be some bucks if none at all, lol) also so when singing in studio there’s a mic with a sort of circle “blocking” on it, I think so there’s no puffs of breath, or just for voice. (Though I think it’s very select.) I’ll try my best to explain but when live you can here like to explain an “un even sound” like a “backing” to one’s voice. I think you’ve -maybe have been hearing that! (Like a “mnhmmnnn” a high pitch(y) sound if that makes sense. Sorry) Studio u get get ride of, live- with no autotune u hear it!
