I don’t watch Morgan regularly so I had no idea all this was going on. At first I thought Morgan and the head contractor (I’m assuming that’s who the older gentleman is) were related! They kind of look alike.

Morgan and Lucas is the love story none of us expected but we all deserve.
I think Morgan is one of the most genuine people on UA-cam. She's so open with her feelings and struggles. I also love seeing her grow up and grow in confidence and life experience.

My mom bought a fixer upper in December and we’re moving in at the end of the month. Almost 6 months of work and she didn’t have to completely gut and rebuild. The only rooms that had a ton of work done were the kitchen and master bath. She’s worked in construction since I was born in 2000, and has some of the best contractors around. It still took 6 months and some change! You’re doing so great, Morgan. I know you hear it a lot, but we’re so proud of you for powering through this. Those contractors love you, and the memories you all made together while going through all this are unmeasurable! I truly wish you all and every bit of the best in YOUR HOME!! Congratulations!

Hey Morgan, I would recommend running coaxial cable to every bedroom and every other room, also run 2 ethernet ports to each bedroom, one for tv and one just extra for cable boxes also running rj11 cables absolutely everywhere which is telephone cables so you can run a PBX by panasonic meaning you can answer the front gate, the front doors, have a connection to the barn with fiber optic cable so you can have everything there, including ethernet ports, telephone ports and coaxial ports including camera ports that allow you to see everything everywhere in your house, so by hooking your security system to the coaxial system you can tune ANY channel to that channel and be able to see your cameras on a 40-50 inch screen. it's a big project but I would have all the cable like this ran in PVC pipe with string/rope incase you need to pull another cable via the tube aka conduit. I can draw a diagram for you and email it all for you... it'll save you a lot of work down the road.

Chickens can only improve your favorite place to hang. My backyard is one of my favorite places. I got seven chickens this year and now my daughter and I hangout there even more. I've been enjoying watching your home come together and the interactions you have with those involved.
