This is a good start for you to keep practicing on. Do you meditate??

@360tarantula, thank you. I just started to get into meditating again. Do you have any suggestions for meditating?

Hey dear, I would say for starts to just keep it simple. Like no distractions like your phone,tv,kids, etc. Also, always be in complete solitude. When you close your eyes, look at the dark shapes. So, just focus on that and black out all thoughts. It's going to be difficult in the beginning. But once you start remembering to focus and TRYING to be consistent, you will get great benefits eventually. Just be patient with the process. I hope you stay in touch.

Plus, once you start doing that, it'll be times when your mind will wander. But let it be. When you practice not worrying about things that you can't change. You can start thinking about those things you can with meditation 🧘‍♂️ I would say think about positive things like health and wealth, then balance, respect, patience, character, and discipline in everything. Whatever your mind heart body and soul desires. Please try to stay in touch whenever you can. 🙏

I will leave you with this, "when you change the way you think." The things you think about will change. 😊🎉

@@360tarantula Thank you. I've actually been trying this. I have to start doing it consistently, though.
