They. Ryan Knight wrote about half of their debut. They gave credits for the songs as well as solos in the album booklet. Overthrown was all Ryan's.

@@mattbarker1411 James and Mike Van Dyne wrote their debut. Ryan Knight wasn't in the band until We Are The Nightmare and that was the only album he was on.
