Have to give it up…hands down the most energy and the playing is tight
I can't believe I'm saying this but Poison is the most entertaining band on this tour. Motley is a joke. Joe from Def Leppard puts in a good effort but he sounds like he is straining out there. Bret, on the other hand, sounds great and honestly looks like he is having the best time.
Yeah Bret Michaels is the GOAT!!
I seen poison in 2000, in San Bernardino California and they were so damn good!
Poison rocks 🎸🎛
Saw poison on the open up and say ahh tour, they were awesome, people who say they are bubble gum rock can kiss my ass, this sounds just as good 30 years later, the only vocalist that comes near Bret is jani lane god rest his soul
Oh no doubt bro. Poison is straight blowing everyone off the stage.
They really deserve a night time performance
@Hutch McGehee awesome! Have fun!
Poison is certainly holding their own with the bigger boys! Band sounds amazing
I've seen these guys in 2005 in Cincinnati. There as good now as they where then. I've been watching all the posted videos of groups on this tour. This is the only band that still has that energy. One of the best live acts of all time.
Definitely agree I saw them with Cheap Trick 4 yrs ago! & definitely were better though I love Cheap Trick just not many bands that can still sound amazing. More on the metal side tbh that can still perform good
Right with you in thoughts....I have seen them 9 times....first in 86....They are always on 🔥!
@@edgarsifuentes3248 cheap trick all shook up tour with openers 38 Special who had 2 drummers was my very 1st concert....Poison indeed are high energy and can bring it heavy duty in a "live" setting.
@@bobbyw1510 wow that was 40yrs ago! Definitely was an amazing concert. I’m all for rock more than metal but love both, yes Poison are amazing live mad sound great. I know they will be the best when I see this tour !💯👍🏼
Gotcha beat. Saw them in I think it was 1993 or 1994, with Richie Kotzen in place of CC.
They were awesome. Tiny gig, at rock city here in nottingham, UK, a fairly small nightclub venue, holding only around 1,500 people.
They were awesome, just a few months before Kotzen shamed the whole band, especially Rockett, but announcing live at a show apparently, that he had been fucking his wife or girlfriend or whatever.
No matter what people say though, Kotzen was a great fit for the band at the time, and that is probably one of their most under-rated albums, and the live show was incredible. Far more technical and varied guitarist than CC ever was. CC is just generally a better fit for poison all round though, to be fair.
Poison should be headlining over Motley. Brett is going to work every show, and they aren't using fake ass backing tracks like Motley.
I didn't get a chance to see them in the 80s but I did many times since the late 90s resurgence. They make you feel great everytime. I knew they would be the best of all the bands and I love them all.
I saw them in ‘88 in Louisville, Kentucky at Louisville Gardens. It was their Open Up and Say Ahh tour. Great show! Britny Fox opened up! Actually my first rock concert.
Poison is the best band on this tour!! There killing it, they look and sound great!! Great job boyz!!
Brett is having the time of his life out there. We were there and the whole show rocked.
They were always good and always hated on. But I tell you what, they didn’t get fat and they didn’t old and they’ve represented themselves great on this tour. Great entertainers. Poison
I think that's mainly because they were getting popular at the wrong time. As Poison were coming in, all hair bands were beginning to be hated on. Early 80's release as opposed to late 80's would have done them much better. Not that there weren't hair bands in the late 80's, there certainly were. But the majority of them had been around since the late 70's/early 80's and already had a strong following. Guns N' Roses (also late 80's) avoided the criticism because they were more grungy than hair....which helped them transition with the grunge movement in the early 90's. Grunge fans seemed to hate the hair bands.
They were the hardest working band of that era.
@@ivankrushensky And then grunge OD'd....like the majority of their artists.
We all get old. They never lost their cool.
It's a joy seeing the Poison guys having such a good time on stage.
I'm impressed. They sound good
I grew up listening to this guys......great music ! God bless them !
I’ve seen Poison maybe 5 or so times over the past 25 years and they’ve always put on a good show. I’m not surprised at all that the are outperforming their tour mates.
I was at this show, they were amazing! I was never really a Poison fan before, but after seeing them perform live, I am hooked!
Grew up big into motley and DF. Never got too into Poison, but from what I hear, they’re the best on the bill. After watching this, looking a lot more forward to seeing them in Nashville next week!
They were awesome, hope you enjoy.
I m a big poison fan I was at 1st row at this show
They were the best ones there in my opinion
Pretty easy decision too
I’ve seen Posion numerous times since the 80’s. Even sang into Bobby Dall‘a microphone as he played next to me to finish one show. They never disappoint.
I was never into poison, listened to death, trash etc.. like 3 years ago I saw a live concert on youtube and realized I had missed out on this. They are actually really good and the songs/lyrics are great. Never too old to learn I guess 🤟, greetz from the Netherlands ❤️😎
Damn they're on fire! 🔥 Awesome.
Gday from Australia. Poison bring a great show. I Had Open up and say ahh on cassette in the 80's and wore the tape out. Great times and great memories, Thanks for the upload.
I think Bret could keep on , and just sing Motley's set.
Poison rocks my world
Damn, they killed it! Out of all three bands, they sound best!
These guys are full of energy.
Cocaine
I was there is absolutely killer. I give a shit what anyone says at 60+ yrs old these true icons and music legends as a whole kicked ass. Going to Jacksonville on 2 Jul it was that good
poison had everyone going lol Bret is such a good live performer
I knew this going into it, yet I was stil blown away by him…phenomenal
Yes, I came there for Def Leppard and Motley Crue mainly. But bloody hell, Poison was the best performance by far. No unnecessary bullshit on stage, and he looks like he's having fun! Amazing
@@sebgaming4667 couldn’t agree more, I was a little dissapointed by crue
Every song on this set list is high energy fun and that is what we all need in 2022!
Poison was the very best of all the acts! High energy, sounded like he did in the 80's and that band is still sexy AF!! I'm the same age as Bret and if I tried jumping around like he did, I'd break a hip!! LOL! Keep on going Babe!!
Props to them!! They’re killing it!!
Thank You for Sharing !!
I saw Poison at the Sydney Entertainment Centre, Australia in 88' or 89'. They were sensational back then.
I saw Europe two years, and Joey Tempest sounded amazing, just as Brett Michaels is here.
Thankyou for sharing that rocked 👍👍👍👍👍👍
Cracking show! They still do it so well :)
this just makes me smile.
I never was a fan but in taking time to check out some video of the stadium tour I think Poison is delivering the best performance and basically kicking ass over the other bands. CC Deville is actually a great guitarist- who knew??
Why isn't Tesla on this tour??!! This would be the hottest show in the country had Tesla join the tour! Mega hits!
Have to agree, grew up on leopard and crue almost from day one never much into poison but seeing this they are the band of the tour really polished bret is happiest guy there,cc sounds great 👍
i saw Poison in San Diego a long time ago, Warrant was the opener, saw Warrant open again for Queensryche
Fucking love these guys.
Watched the other 2 headlining bands Bret energy is at another level..
I saw POISON opening for DAVID LEE ROTH EATEM AND SMILE TOUR FOR 1st time. They Sound as great now as they did then
Love poison been forever. Fan. Love. All the songs. Love Yu Brett Michaels. Love to hear. From you. Love. Yu ❤️❤️❤️💋💋
Can't Wait To See Poison In Concert With Joan Jett Motley Crue And Def Leppard At T-mobile Park in Seattle WA At The Stadium Tour August 31
More a DF fan than Poison or Motley Crue, but Bretts voice IMO has actually always been the better of the three front men, for me DF's music output has been better but Brett doesn't sound too different from when I saw them at MOR UK in 1990.
Poison is so cool!!!
I find it funny that poison thank the crowd at the end, I feel like the crowd should be thanking poison. I can't believe and yet I'm so happy that I'm saying this right now but eat your fucking heart out every band that talks shit about poison in the 80s, they really stepped it up man. Bravo gentleman Bravo
Sounds great! Did Brett have a good time?
That solo in Fallen Angel. CC rules.
Best come back setlist ever!!
They've been playing this same setlist since 1996. Maybe a different order except for first song and sometimes a cover of KISS' Rock n Roll All Nite thrown in, but even Bret Michaels solo work includes these songs. It's all they ever play.
First time using a phone camera?
I’m thinking of seeing them but for the front is 2700 for two tickets is it worth it?
Great concert(expect for Motley Crue)!
Thanks for sharing! Great concert. tip, don't move in & out. Made me dizzy 😜
Just wondering if they sang their T.D.T.M.
Never cared for this band, their songs were so hokey, but they always sounded good live.
¿I won't forget you? ¡I WON'T FORGET YOU! 🤔😪
I love the fact there just in jeans and tshrits
For a minute there i thought Panama was playing after the solo lol
Did anybody else notice he sang the wrong lines in the first verse. He skipped got one foot in the gutter one foot in the grave aint seen home in about 3 days. ..and Sang I got a girl on the left of me and one on the right, I know them well I slept with both last nite. He sang that verse twice. Oops.
An you spelled words wrong in your comment. We all make mistakes right? Who cares, it's part of life.
An I always thought it was I ain't seen home in the last three days.
@@Living_EDventures I asked If anyone noticed. Relax.
@@boicrazee I'm not mad, just saying we all make mistakes. Although I did not notice it, so good catch.
At least it shows he's really singing
Who is playing lead guitar? He doesn't look like CC.
it makes me angry
no one is singing along or jumping just filming and not moving
old people watching a show which deserves a better audience
if it means anything, i was singing and jumping…but i was also filming though LOL
What time did they start?
Around 6:30pm, in the description
@@enterbandman5581 ok thanks, I’m thinking of going next week but I don’t get off of work until 430. I don’t care if I miss Joan Jett but if I miss poison then that’s a problem for me. It looks like I’ll be able to make it(the concert is about 35 minutes from my house)
@@spaceace4387 sounds good, you should be able to make Poison. Just make sure your showtime is still at 4:30pm, and it can always change
I was in that concert. They stole the show
Poison is the ONLY reason I want to watch this show..they'll be in San Antonio in the dome. I may just have to cough up the dough--just to see POISON!!!..Thx for sharing this great video!! MC and Leppard..not looking so good..they look winded.
Poison sounds great Def Leppard sounds incredible, Motley crue not so much. Vince’s voice man just seems shot like permanently.
To me outdoor venues just don't have the high quality sound as indoors.
I’m saying this one last time, poison doesn’t play enough songs! If someone knows why please comment. I saw Bret solo a few years ago and he hardly played 45 min and now in Miami sat night 9 songs I think? I was pissed off.
Because they are an opener and not a headliner on this package tour. It can't be any simpler than it is. Motley and Def Lep get an hour 25 minutes each. Poison gets roughly 50 minutes each night. That isn't going to change no matter how much they kick ass on this tour. It's the slot they signed up for. It actually does them a service as it's much easier to maintain a very high energy level at this age for the amount of time they are on stage. I don't know how much time Joan Jett is getting as I can't bear to watch more than the one clip of her on this tour I checked out. She was a favorite of mine when I was in junior high and I Love Rock N Roll came out but she just looks like a ghoul at this point with flabby wrinkly arms a flopping out of a pleather outfit that is about 40 years worth of age inappropriate for her at this point. But Poison seems to be bringing it for sure.
@@dankourny always leave them wanting more
TY POSTER FOR THIS............G R E A T vantage point
Wont bore you with "Iv seen stories", but they were seriousllllllyyyyyyyy good here.....predictable, but really good
Just FUN !!!!
This is the 1st tour show, wait till later to bash the others
BUTTT, after MC.....thinking leaving and going for drinks to avoid MC in San Antonio
NOTE: doesnt CC look like a totally diff person....searched and it is him !!!.................lol
Whos the girl walking with a hot dog ? ? ...........WTF kinda rock show is this...........LOL
How much i would love to be there..If you want you can check out my "Nothin' but a good time" saxophone cover :) Greetings from Europe
Stole the tour !! Hands down we all know it .
Cmon, Bret. Screwed up the lyrics of the very first song. Bad.
It's all good, I didn't even notice...he still rocked the stadium out
@@enterbandman5581 Yes he did! They were the best!!!!!
We all make mistakes. We could criticize each other for life. In the end it don't really matter.
SOUNDS BETTER THAN VINCE NEAL SINGING.
The shit show stadium tour should be
3 head liners acts that's it rotate it every night. Drop joan jett no disrespect but 4:30 start time come on. Then the bands could play full sets also poison which i have never be a big fan of will really kill it and show that they own this tour ..
And this should be a arena tour way better sound and you as fans could see the bands up closer and not have to deal with the weather ...
The crue are the biggest joke on this tour pure crap
One massive geriatric party
With their songs being so simple musically, one would hope for some variety in the setlist, especially in the era of widespread recordings of live shows! Surprise the fans with some gem, or a new song, or a cover. No effort whatsoever.
poor poison butchered the shit out of talk dirty to me. that was painful
this is total rubbish.
