Hey brother How long did it take for electrolysis. What did you use as power source (computer power supply?), can you please specify ? And what about the anode ? Thank you for the demonstration of your work🙏🏼
Interesting, the steel wool. I was told, not sure if it's true. 100ml of the solution could hold 1 gram. You mixed it week, about 1/2 strenght. in 700 ml and got 3.7 grams. If it would have been 400 ml at full strength. You get my point. It seems what I was told , 1 gram to 100 ml may be true.
@@andromeda1892 One way to know would be to mix 100 ml at full strength. Put the solution on a scale, add some gold powder, a bit at a time, until it no longer leaches the gold.
Did you filter the solution at any time? After mixing eco-goldex with water or before electrolysis?
No mate, no filtering at all with my technique.
Good job ill keep watching I've got some eco gold ex i haven't used yet

I run the cell for 48h to make sure i got all of the gold. I used 9v from a pc power supply. The anode is stainless steel mesh.
@@andromeda1892y el cátodo?😊
So how many grams of gold in how many grams of gold fingers ? What did you use can you explain the steps please.
That depends. There are many factors. Average is 1.5grams per pound.
Does eco goldex recommend the steel wool electrolysis method or did you discover that for yourself?
Your method definitely seems more efficient and way easier than the recommended Ph adjustments and zinc precipitation I have seen other do
Just done my own research. Eco goldex does say about using electrolysis but they mention using stainless steel for the cathode.
I would say it is more efficient. Thanks.
Does it matter if the stainless steel is magnetic or non magnetic?
I would say it should be fine to use magnetic stainless if that's all you got at hand.
Why did you not use zinc
Because in my opinion there is too many steps using zinc. Ph adjustment is required using zinc.
@@andromeda1892 I didn't know you could use something different with the eco gold ex because the instructions say use zinc
Is it make bad odor like acid?
No it's not like acid. It as a slight smell but nothing like acid.
So by doing this process you can reuse the old solution
From my experiments, i would say there isn't much stripping power left going a second time. 😢
How many volts are you running through it
9v
What did you use for a ground
Black wire from power supply
@@andromeda1892 I mean what did you use for ground down in your solution was it stainless steel
Nella parte della elettrolisi cosa a usato come anodo e catodo?? Grazie
Anode is stainless steel and cathode is iron wool.

You are probably not far off. I will be doing a lot more experiments in the near future.

bonjour et merci pour les vidéos , pouvez vous me donner la formule de la solution pour séparer l or des barrettes. merci et bonne continuation
I don't understand what you mean by "bars"?
A me no'ne funzionato! Avrebbe qualche idea do perché??
You will need to explain your set up to me?
Thank you...
