- Haven't been able to do much riding lately because there is SO much rain in the Sunshine State right now, but we finally got a chance to do a group ride the other night! In this video, I also give you my 2,000 mile review of my Ryker.

Hellen in north Georgia is a great place to visit. It’s like a Bavarian architecture alpine town. We have been there several times. They have an Oktoberfest fest with a parade. Lots of good food and shopping all year round. We had our Spyders for 6 years and only one minor issue in the beginning. They are pretty reliable but I would still get a motorcycle towing service. Enjoy your videos very much.
Fun! I’ve been once when I was a little kid, but would love to go back. Towing service is a great idea. Always good to be prepared for any situation on a road trip. Thanks for watching! 😊
About the fogging situation, most helmet manufacturers offer pin lock visor and insert. My fogging issues have disappeared completely since I installed mine. Keep up the good vlogs.
I will definitely look into this! Thank you so much! 😊
For visor fogging my best suggestion, unfortunately, is helmet upgrade. I went to a Shoei RF-SR that was pin lock ready. It was not cheap ($399) and add another $30 for the pin lock insert, but it essentially makes your shield into a double pane window. Fogging disappears like magic, and anything that reduces potential distractions while on the road is worth its weight in gold in my book. Plus that helmet is designed for upright riding and it has great ventilation. Good matchup for the Ryker.
Thanks for taking us along on a ride! Up here in WA state it’s all wildfire smoke all the time so my ride time has been curtailed. Appreciate the opportunity to live vicariously. 😂
Ahhh...I’ve heard nothing but great things about Shoei. May have to look into that...although I just got my current helmet. I agree though...anything that can reduce potential distractions is priceless!
My heart goes out to everyone dealing with the wildfires. How scary! Be safe and hopefully you can get back to riding soon!
Names for our rides! Max our Four Wheeler ATV. Goldie for Michelle's BMW F750 GS, Duke for my KTM Naked bike and Thumper for my KTM 250 SXF dirt bike.
My wife and I are going to Tellico Plains and are doing the dragon & cherohala skyway oct5-9. if you can, do the dragon during the week. Theres much less traffic and the idiot sport bike guys crossing the yellow line into your lane.
Fun! Great advice...I've heard it can get crazy busy on the weekend.
Another fun video, thanks for taking us along, and add my name to those looking forward to seeing your trip in October, and thanks for covering the issues you have had, if they happen to me i might just remember your solution.
Thanks for being here! 😀
i just purchased rally ryker today in kentucky! they are truly
YAY!! CONGRATS!! Welcome to the Ryker family! 😀
Ryker Chick thanks
Congrats on the 2k miles RC. Ride on! :)
Thank you! I can't believe it's already been 2k miles!
I haven't heard of any major issues with the Spyders and Rykers. I've had my Spyder for 3 years now and I ride it pretty aggressively and it's holding up well.
That's very good hear. Hopefully the Rykers will continue to have the good reputation like the Spyders.
Nice video. I just subscribed. I will be purchasing soon, hopefully. How do you like your windshield? I've looked at other videos and some seem to like the larger windshields. Do you feel this one gives sufficient wind protection? I like the look and size of yours better personally.
Thank you! I do like my winshield...granted, it's the only one I've tried. I did ride for the first few weeks without one, and I can say that it definitely does make a difference as opposed to not having one. I like the size and adjustability of the one I have.
I meant to add, we got a luggage rack that goes on the maxmount from I think lamonster garage and put a big sissybar tail bag on it for the luggage.
Nice Vlog my plan is to have a F3 sometime 2021 can't wait to start riding and can't wait to see 🎥 from you BE BLESSED&🏍SAFE
Very exciting! Thanks for watching and commenting. 😊
Can't wait to hear what name you have in mind for the Ryker! I never named my bike, but my husband did (accidentally 😂). Also, can't wait to see the footage from your ride in the mountains (once it happens!) Great video 🥰
Thanks friend! Can’t wait to go get that footage in the mountains 🏔☺️
I named my Ryker Midnight. My first car a 1974 Olds Cutlass, with Midnight blue paint I called Midnight. My Ryker has red panels. Maybe I need a different name. Can you use a name twice? Why not!
Love it! And YES...if it feels right, use the same name twice! 😀
A small tool bag to fix minor things
Great suggestion! Thank you!
